重組人干擾素聯(lián)合大劑量丙種球蛋白治療重癥HFMD合并病毒性腦炎患兒的效果分析

【摘要】 目的：探究重組人干擾素聯(lián)合大劑量丙種球蛋白治療重癥手足口?。℉FMD）合并病毒性腦炎患兒的臨床效果。方法：選取2018年

4月-2019年11月經筆者所在醫(yī)院門診收入住院部治療的65例手足口?。℉FMD）合并病毒性腦炎患兒，按患兒家長意愿分為對照組（32例，重組人干擾素組）和觀察組（33例，重組人干擾素和大劑量丙種球蛋白組）。比較兩組臨床總療效、全身癥狀消退時間和腦損害指標變化情況。結果：觀察組治療總有效率（96.97%）高于對照組（43.75%），差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，觀察組全身皰疹、體溫、口痛癥狀消退時間均短于對照組，NSE、S-100β蛋白均低于對照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：重組人干擾素與大劑量丙種球蛋白聯(lián)合在治療重癥HFMD伴病毒性腦炎時具有較好協(xié)同作用，能顯著縮短患兒全身癥狀消退時間，緩解患兒腦損傷程度，提高患兒免疫功能。

Effect Analysis of Recombinant Human Interferon Combined with High-dose Gamma Globulin in Treatment of Children with Severe HFMD and Viral Encephalitis/LIU Feizhou， HUANG Junsheng. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2020， 18（21）： -53

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Interferon combined with high-dose of Gamma Globulin in treatment of children with HFMD and viral encephalitis. Method： Sixty-five children with HFMD combined with viral encephalitis were selected from April 2018 to November 2019 in the outpatient department of our hospital， and they were divided into the control group （32 cases， Recombinant Human Interferon group） and the observation group （33 cases， Recombinant Human Interferon and high-dose Gamma Globulin group） according to their parents wishes. The total clinical efficacy， the time of symptom regression and the changes of brain damage index were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate in the observation group （96.97%） was higher than that in the control group （43.75%）， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the symptoms of systemic herpes， body temperature and stomatalgia in the observation group all subsided for a shorter time than those in the control group， the NSE and S-100β protein in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of Recombinant Human Interferon and high-dose Gamma Globulin has a good synergistic effect in treatment of severe HFMD with viral encephalitis. It can significantly shorten the time for the general symptoms to subside， alleviate the degree of brain injury， and improve the immune function of children.
