房建工程墻體砌筑施工技術(shù)

摘要：在當(dāng)下房屋工程建設(shè)施工過程中，只有施工人員采用先進的技術(shù)來對房屋的墻體進行砌筑，才能有效提高房屋工程的質(zhì)量，從而保障了房屋投入使用后住戶的生命安全。對于房建工程施工的過程而言，其涉及的范圍較廣，施工環(huán)節(jié)較為復(fù)雜，因此，只有相關(guān)人員不斷研究和改革墻體砌筑的施工技術(shù)，從而才能有效的提高房屋完工后的使用質(zhì)量，進而才能推動現(xiàn)代建筑行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文通過分析當(dāng)下房建工程墻體砌筑施工技術(shù)中存在的問題，并就如何解決這些問題提出有效措施，旨在提高墻體砌筑的施工技術(shù)以及施工質(zhì)量。

Abstract： In the current construction process of housing projects， only the construction personnel using advanced technology to build the walls of the house can effectively improve the quality of the housing project， thereby ensuring the life safety of the residents after the house is put into use. As far as the construction process of housing construction projects is concerned， it involves a wider scope and more complicated construction links. Therefore， only relevant personnel continue to study and reform the construction technology of wall masonry， so as to effectively improve the quality of the use of the house after completion and promote the sustainable development of the modern construction industry. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction technology of wall masonry in house building projects， and puts forward effective measures， aiming to improve the construction technology and quality of wall masonry.

0? 引言

當(dāng)下，我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展為建筑行業(yè)提供了廣闊的發(fā)展空間，同時也推動了對大多數(shù)的建筑施工技術(shù)的改革與創(chuàng)新。對于墻體砌筑施工技術(shù)而言，其施工技術(shù)的高低直接影響著房屋的質(zhì)量，因此，只有相關(guān)人員掌握先進的墻體砌筑施工技術(shù)并在施工過程中有效發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢，才能在確保房建工程安全可靠的基礎(chǔ)上提高房建工程的美觀度。

1? 墻體砌筑施工對房建工程的作用

對房建工程進行墻體砌筑施工主要是為了對建筑進行圍護、承重、分隔的作用。對于維護作用而言，就是給予住戶以墻體為主的一個封閉空間。對于承重作用而言，其主要目的是為了提高墻體與樓板層面之間的抗壓能力，從而才能提高樓層的堅固性。……
