老齡化視角下我國傳統建筑行業轉型升級發展研究

摘要：在經濟發展新常態下，作為國民經濟支柱產業的建筑業也面臨著新的一輪機遇與挑戰。本文立足于“老齡化”背景，分析了傳統建筑行業轉型升級的相關問題，先闡述了現階段建筑業與人口老齡化發展的現狀，并對現存問題進行了分析;之后結合傳統建筑業的實際情況，對如何在“老齡化”現狀下推動建筑行業轉型升級進行研究，對促進建筑行業健康發展具有一定作用。

Abstract： Under the new normal of economic development， the construction industry， as the pillar industry of the national economy， is also facing a new round of opportunities and challenges. Based on the background of "aging"， this paper analyzes the problems related to the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction industry. Firstly， it expounds the current situation of the development of the construction industry and the aging population， and analyzes the existing problems. Then， combined with the actual situation of the traditional construction industry， the research on how to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry under the current situation of "aging" plays a certain role in promoting the healthy development of the construction industry.

0? 引言

建筑業作為我國民生大業其發展與人民物質生活息息相關。近年來隨著我國城鎮化進程以及工業化進度的加快，建筑行業得到了飛速發展。傳統建筑行業作為勞動密集型產業，其建設往往需要大量的勞動力，而當前我國人口老齡化現象日益嚴峻，勞務用工問題制約了建筑行業的健康發展。因此，為了更好地實現建筑行業的可持續發展，我們必須對老齡問題進行探析，從而更好的把控人口老齡化給建筑行業帶來的系列問題。

當前國內外許多學者已經關注到了人口老齡化這一現象并進行了相關研究。Catalanol和Lanci等學者認為人口老齡化會影響社會經濟活動、勞動者的創新動力從而影響產業結構升級[1-2]，Ehrenhard等認為人口老齡化能推動新型服務業的發展從而影響產業結構升級[3]，乜堪雄和何小洲研究發現人口老齡化對老齡產業發展有促進作用從而影響消費市場結構并深化產業分工[4]，張斌和李軍發現人口老齡化通過影響需求和供給對產業結構產生影響[5]。……
