[摘要] 目的 觀察與研究心臟康復理念融入心血管疾病臨床護理教學中的應用價值。方法 于2017年6月—2019年6月期間選取50名到該院心血管內科實習的護生,以“隨機雙盲法”方式將入選研究對象分為兩組,25名采取傳統護理教學(常規組),25名在護理教學中將心臟康復理念融入(研究組),對比教學效果、護理質量、護理滿意度。結果 研究組護生理論成績、實踐成績評分均高于常規組,組間比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);研究組基礎護理、護理安全、病區管理等護理質量均高于常規組,組間比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);研究組護理滿意度為96.67%(29/30),高于常規組的80.00%(24/30),組間比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 在心血管疾病臨床護理教學中融入心臟康復理念,能夠提升護生理論知識考核、實踐技能考核成績,提高護理質量和患者護理滿意度,具有較高的應用價值。

Observation on the Application Value of Cardiac Rehabilitation Ideas in the Clinical Nursing Teaching of Cardiovascular Diseases

[Abstract] Objective To observe and study the application value of the concept of cardiac rehabilitation in the clinical nursing teaching of cardiovascular diseases. Methods From June 2017 to June 2019, 50 nursing students who were interned in cardiovascular medicine in our hospital were selected. The selected subjects were divided into two groups by the "random double-blind method", and 25 were given traditional nursing teaching (conventional group), 25 students incorporated the concept of cardiac rehabilitation in nursing teaching (research group), and compared the teaching effect, nursing quality, and nursing satisfaction. Results The theoretical and practical scores of nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group, with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05); the quality of basic care, nursing safety, and ward management in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group. The difference was significant(P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%(29/30), which was higher than the conventional group's 80.00%(24/30). There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Incorporating the concept of cardiac rehabilitation in teaching can improve the theoretical knowledge assessment and practical skills assessment scores of nursing students, improve the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction, and has high application value.

心血管疾病涉及人體血液運送的各個器官與組織,因此也被叫做循環系統疾病,數據資料統計顯示,將會有2.5億左右人患有各種心血管疾病,該類疾病已經成為威脅人們身心健康和生命安全的主要疾病,具有較高的病死率和致殘率[1]。伴隨醫學科技的發展與進步,疾病病死率得到了一定的控制與降低,但是,整體預后、康復效果不是非常理想,護理干預作為臨床治療的重要組成部分,發揮著重要的作用,為提升護理效果,幫助患者盡快康復,需要加強臨床護理教學,提升護理人員綜合素質和職業素養[2]。該次研究2017年6月—2019年6月期間選取50名到該院心血管內科實習的護生,予以分組后,分別實施傳統護理教學和在護理教學中將心臟康復理念融入,對比教學效果、護理質量、護理滿意度,現報道如下。
