My Room

My room is not a very large room， but it is full of warm and happy atmosphere. Every time I go back to my room， the first thing I can see is my desk， which is my favourite part in my room， because it is big enough to let me put many toys on it， such as my doll and lego. There is a computer on that desk， sometimes I use it to search for some information and also learn English， but my dad doesnt allow me to play digital games on it before I finish doing all of my homework every day. This desk also contains some drawers; I always store my favourite snacks in those drawers and lock them， because every time my little brother come into my room， and he would dig out many of my chocolates and eat them.

There is a three-story bookshelf beside the desk. I put my textbooks and references books on the first story， because it is convenience for me to get these books everyday. The other stories are filled with other books as I am a huge fun of reading， such as poems， detective novels and science book. Although I am very busy on my study most days， I also try to set aside twenty minutes each evening for reading these books. It is useful to read in bed before sleeping，as it is easier for me to settle down and fall asleep.

There is an amazing view from the window in my room， I can see loads of stuff everyday. When the sun comes up in the morning and goes down at night， the views are poticularly beautiful. On my windowsill， I used to put some beautiful flowers， but I always forget to water them， so they were all taken place by some cactuses; I believe cactus is? the best choice for lazy people just like me. Having green plants in the room that can provide us with fresh air and also good for our health.

My bed is not very big; I used to have a big one， but mom said that I needed to sleep alone as I am big enough， so she just changed my big bed to a small one. Also it is not very soft， because dad always believes that sleeping on a soft bed is not good for my health. Under my bed， there is another good place for me to store something. Last time， I bought some candy secretly as my dad doesnt let me to because of my tooth decay， and I had no choice but only can store them under my bed without telling my dad. Luckily， after I eating all of them my dad still did not find out that.

There is also a huge wardrobe in the northeast corner of my bedroom.It is white and 1.5 meters high. Inside the wardrobe， I put the cloth separately by season. I have beautiful dresses， T-shirts， and short skirts in summer， down jackets， pants and scarfs in winter. This wardrobe also contains hats， umbrellas， sneakers， and peddles. At the back of the door， there is a big mirror， so that I can have a whole look of myself before I go outside everyday. A basket is put beside the wardrobe， it is used to put the dirty clothes of a week， and I can wash them together at weekends.

On the wall of my little room， I pasted some posters of my favourite stars， such as Jay Chou， Jacky Chen and Kun. I can see them everyday， it can help in stay in goood mood and they can also encourage me to be a better person. Also there are some pictures of my family on the wall. For example， last time we traveled to America， and we took some very beautiful pictures of those good views， so my mom picked some pictures and put them on the wall too. This picture wall contains photos of different ages of my parents and me ，it is like a memory collection for me. These photos are like souvenirs that remind us of special moments that happened in the past. I like neatness， so I never scrawled on the wall. Every time I see my clean and white wall， I feel great and peace.

Another interesting thing which I should mention about my little room is the carpet above the floor. It is very soft that every time I step on it I feel like I am stepping on my bed. That cute carpet was brought by my mom， as her promise for my high score in middle block last term. Sometimes if I feel very tired I can just sleep on the floor and just like sleeping on my bed. When I am alone， I prefer listening to music while sitting on the carpet， I think it is a good way to help deal with my stress and anxiety. If my friends visit my home， we would play cards and chess on the floor， which is very convenient and comfortable.

My room have a back door in the south， which leading to the balcony where I put my bicycle， sports equipment and tools. There are also hangers that I used to dried clothes. When it gets warmer， my family will have barbecues， and also do some outdoor activities， such as playing tennis， playing basketball or football. We get a lot of fun from sports.

As mentioned above， this is my bedroom. There is nothing very special， pretty common， but very genial for me. Do you like my little room？
