Abstract： Air Traffic Controller in the air traffic control system occupies a very important position， which is an important core team to ensure aviation safety. With the rapid development of Chinese。economy and the construction of a civil aviation power， the total volume of air transport is also increasing greatly， and the pressure of air traffic management is also increasing sharply. Therefore， it is increasingly important to establish a high-quality controller team and continuously improve the overall professional quality of the staffs. The improvement of the overall quality and related abilities of air traffic controllers provides an important guarantee for the safe operation of air traffic.
