摘 要 充分了解“00后”工科本科生思想特點與行為規律是做好高校教學管理的重要前提,是培養工科人才實現中國制造2025的基礎。本文從文字語言、文化知識、自我意識、所關注信息、專業學習、承擔家庭責任、學業規劃等方面對貴州大學工科本科生進行了調查與訪談,旨在把握“00后”工科本科生思想特點與行為規律,并從加強文化素養、因勢利導優化教育方式、提高信息甄別運用素養,強化專業學習等四個主要方面著手,以便對其進行更好的引導管理,大力輔助實現高校培育綜合優質人才的根本目標。

Abstract Fully understanding the ideological characteristics and behavior rules of engineering undergraduates after "00" is an important prerequisite for teaching management in Colleges and universities, and also the basis for training engineering talents to realize made in China 2025. This paper investigates and interviews the undergraduates of Engineering in Guizhou University from the aspects of language, cultural knowledge, self-awareness, concerned information, professional learning, family responsibility, academic planning, etc. in order to grasp the ideological characteristics and behavior rules of the undergraduates of engineering after "00", and to strengthen the cultural literacy, guide and optimize the education mode according to the situation, and improve the quality of information screening and application, Strengthen the four main aspects of professional learning, in order to better guide the management, and vigorously help to achieve the basic goal of cultivating comprehensive high-quality talents in colleges and universities.

2018年秋季,“00后”正式進入大學校園,在各高校2018年的本科新生中,有近 3/4的學生是“00后”。他們是互聯網原住民,有著獨特的思想特點與行為規律。了解他們的思想特點與行為規律,有利于更加有效地開展高校教學管理活動,還有利于提高高校思政教育的針對性,還關系到國家人才培養戰略的實施與落實。
中國青年報與騰訊QQ聯合發布的《00后畫像報告》表明00后有四大特質:開放、自我、獨立、自信。王海建在《“00后”大學生的群體特點與思想政治教育策略》中講述他們個性、自主、網絡化、娛樂化、理性,現實。泛娛樂化中,“社交性、潮流性、個性化,是00后用戶最看重的三大產品特征。”[1] “微信與QQ”是其主要社交平臺。從媒體報道來看,國外的“00后”也頗具“另類”特征——過度關注“即時自我滿足”的“功利化”。
貴州大學從2014年開始采用通識教育加專業教育,學生在大一入學時進入通史教育學院“陽明學院”進行為期一年的通史加專業基礎教育。……
