Abstract： This paper aims at the discussion on innovation and practice of enterprises economic management in the view of knowledge economy. First， this paper analyzes the significance of enterprises economic management in the age of knowledge economy. Then， it measures the discussion of innovation and practice enterprises economic management in the view of knowledge economy in three aspects. Number one is updating a company's economic management system. Number two is improving a companys economic management system. And number three is innovating a company's management conception. In the end， this paper draws a conclusion on the innovation and practice of enterprises' economic management on account of knowledge economy. This kind of innovation and practice can improve the comprehensive quality of employees. And this can also upgrade the level of economy. The two changes will lead a company to a sustainable development path.

Introduction： The innovation of enterprises economic management is a continuous process， whichis based on the existed business management ideas. The innovation stimulates a company's sense of creating. So that a company will improve the core its own competitiveness. Later the company will have a access to the main position in the fierce competition. Thus， during the time of knowledge economy， enterprises must continuously improve the innovation and practice of economic management. Only by doing this， the enterprise's economy will level up. As well as， the enterprise will embrace a better future.

In the era of the knowledge economy， the management of an enterprise mainly refers to scientific rules and? reasonable regulations， according to management goals and plans. So that the enterprise can get more benefits. At the same time， this method can also track the movement of all staff. With the theme of economic development， enterprises will carry out business activities for all staff. Also， the economic management points out a clear way for the further development. Enterprises employees will make their own skills improved and gather their creative ideas together. Combining staff's working skills and the development of enterprise is a win-win choice.

Enterprise economic management makes reasonable future development plans. For this plan， it is a good way to start with fiscal management. But the items of the plan must meet the needs of an enterprises development. Be aware of this， enterprises can get more economic benefits.
