常見天然氣計量儀表的研究現狀及特征分析

摘? 要：天然氣作為高熱值、環境友好的化石燃料，目前全國的主要城市都在推行天然氣工程。尤其是隨著我國大氣污染情況的加劇，各大城市對天然氣的需求量大大增加，對天然氣計量準確性的要求也隨之提高。文章綜述了目前常見天然氣計量儀發展的基本情況，簡述了天然氣的常見物理性質和特點，分析了天然氣計量方式及優缺點，探討了常見天然氣計量儀表選擇考慮因素和環境影響。

Abstract： Natural gas is a high calorific value and environment-friendly fossil fuel. At present， major cities in the country are implementing natural gas projects. Especially with the intensification of China's air pollution， the demand for natural gas in major cities has greatly increased， and the requirements for the accuracy of natural gas measurement have also increased accordingly. In this article， the basic situation of the development of common natural gas meters is summarized; the common physical properties andcharacteristics of natural gas are briefly described; the methods and advantages and disadvantages of natural gas meters are analyzed; and the selection factorsand environmental impacts of natural gas meters are discussed.

天然氣一般采用管道輸送，計量具有連續性和長期性的特點，一旦出現計量誤差，長年累月之后，這個誤差將非常大。因為天然氣計量誤差的存在，導致天然氣計價存在偏差，引發了很多貿易糾紛問題。因而，如何能夠準確地計量天然氣用量成為亟待解決的一個關鍵問題，得到了社會各界的關注。

西方發達國家對天然氣的計量技術比較成熟，研究和生產了多種型號的天然氣計量儀表。渦街流量計量設備、腰輪流量計量設備在歐洲國家的應用較為廣泛。現階段中國在工業生產中常用到的天然氣儀表主要為孔板流量計。

天然氣計量儀表普遍呈現出這樣的發展趨勢：70年代主要盛行孔板流量計量設備，80年代渦街流量計量設備的使用進入高峰期，90年代以后超聲波流量計量設備逐漸發展起來。

目前我國使用的天然氣計量儀表中，孔板流量計量設備由于其獨特的優點而備受青睞，是企業和用戶的首選，占有相當大的市場比例[3-4]。……
