Abstract：in?recent?years，with?the?increasing?number?of?college?students，the?college?students?are?facing?considerable?challenges?in?their?study?and?life，and?the?mental?health?of?college?students?is?getting?more?and?more?attention?from?the?society.Although?colleges?and?universities?have?made?some?achievements?in?promoting?college?students'?mental?health?education，there?are?still?some?problems.so，Ianalyzes?the?current?psychological?situation?of?college?students，and?combined?with?my?counselor?work?experience，taking?the?students?of?yunnan?normal?university?business?school as?an?example，Inord to solve the mental?health?problems?of?contemporary?college?students.
