教學(xué)目標(biāo)：

語言目標(biāo)：

1、了解一些國(guó)家的飲食起居、生活習(xí)慣和文化異同，并用學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)表達(dá)自己對(duì)生活習(xí)慣的看法。

2、掌握一些與禮節(jié)、就餐等相關(guān)的詞和詞組。

3、加強(qiáng)對(duì)外國(guó)風(fēng)俗和了解，擴(kuò)大知識(shí)面。

知識(shí)目標(biāo)：

1、掌握的詞匯和目標(biāo)語言

be supposed to do; shake hands （with）; drop by;

should have done sth; a bit; make plans to do sth/for sth

after all; pick up; point at， point to， point out的用法;

情感目標(biāo)：

本單元以談?wù)摗傲?xí)俗“為話題，了解各地不同的文化知識(shí)，從而讓學(xué)生知道哪些是應(yīng)該做的，哪些是不應(yīng)該做的，要學(xué)會(huì)尊重不同的文化，養(yǎng)成良好的行為習(xí)慣，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)：

重點(diǎn)：be supposed to; be not supposed to

難點(diǎn)：感嘆句的兩種句式：

1、What a/an + adj. + n.（單數(shù)）+主語+謂語部分！

What + adj. + n.（復(fù)數(shù)）+ 主語+謂語部分！

What + adj. + n. （不可數(shù)）+ 主語 + 謂語部分！

2、How + adj./adv. +主語 + 謂語部分！

What a clever boy Tom is！

What beautiful flowers they got！

How quickly Lucy is running ！

教學(xué)過程：

S： No！

T： Thats right. Its not a good idea to come to class late. Youre not supposed to come to class late.

Step 3 Check

Show some flags of different countries on PPT screen and let students say the names.

e.g. T： which countrys flag is this？

Ss： America/China/Japan，ect.

T： what is she /he doing？

Ss： bowing; shaking hands/kissing，ect.

Step 4 Grammar focus

Should/be supposed to

You should do your homework→you are supposed to do homework.

Teacher shouldnt come to class late→teacher is not supposed to come to class late.

Step 5 Group work

What do people do when they meet for the first time in different countries？

e.g.A： In the United States， what do the people do when they meet for the first time？

B： In America， they are supposed to shake hands.

A： In Japan， what do the people do when they meet for the first time？

B： In Japan， they are supposed to bow.

A： In Brazil， what do people do when they meet for the first time？

B： In Brazil， people kiss each other when they meet.

Each group choose two students to share their work.

Teacher gives comments.

Think about different countrys eating habits.
