益腎降濁湯治療慢性腎功能衰竭失代償期的療效

摘要：目的 ?觀察益腎降濁湯治療慢性腎功能衰竭失代償期的臨床效果。方法 ?選擇2018年3月～2019年3月在我院治療的慢性腎功能衰竭失代償期患者64例，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，各32例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療，觀察組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合益腎降濁湯治療，比較兩組臨床治療總有效率、治療前后血肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、血清胱抑素C（Cys-C）、尿24h肌酐清除率（24h Ccr）及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 ?觀察組治療總有效率為81.25%，高于對(duì)照組的71.87%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;治療后兩組Scr、BUN、Cys-C水平均較治療前降低，且觀察組低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;治療后兩組24h Ccr均較治療前升高，且觀察組高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為6.25%，低于對(duì)照組的15.62%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 ?益腎降濁湯聯(lián)合常規(guī)西藥治療慢性腎功能衰竭失代償期療效確切，可改善腎功能，降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率，進(jìn)一步延緩腎功能惡化。

Effect of Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction in Treating Decompensated Period

of Chronic Renal Failure

Abstract：Objective ?To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction in the treatment of decompensated chronic renal failure. Methods ?64 patients with decompensated chronic renal failure who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table， 32 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction on the basis of the control group. Compare the total effective rate of clinical treatment between the two groups， the serum creatinine （Scr）， urea nitrogen （BUN） and serum cystatin C （Cys-C）， urinary 24h creatinine clearance （24h Ccr） and complication rate. Results ?The total effective rate of the observation group was 81.25%， which was higher than that of the control group 71.87%，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the Scr， BUN and Cys-C levels were lower than those before treatment， and the observation group was lower than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the 24h Ccr of the two groups was higher than that before the treatment， and the observation group was higher than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; the observation group was concurrent the incidence rate was 6.25%， which was lower than that of the control group 15.62%，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion ?Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with conventional western medicine is effective in treating decompensated chronic renal failure， which can improve renal function， reduce the incidence of complications， and further delay the deterioration of renal function.
