雙一流背景下高職動物醫學專業建設實踐與探索

摘要 在“雙一流”建設背景下，作為上海唯一培養動物診療行業人才的動醫專業，在全面對接上海4個品牌建設，從堅持“雙主體育人”，推進產教深度融合;全面對接行業標準，實現教學內容符合崗位需求;開發動物虛擬仿真實訓平臺，實現教學資源的信息化;培養“雙師雙能”的師資隊伍，提升教師教學水平;加強人才培養質量，提升專業社會影響力等5個方面取得了良好的成效和經驗。

Abstract Under the background of double firstclass construction， as the only veterinary medicine major in Shanghai to cultivate talents in the animal diagnosis and treatment line， it comprehensively connected the construction of four brands in Shanghai， and promoted the indepth integration of production and education by adhering to dual party education. The major achieved teaching content in line with job requirements by fully docking with industry standards， realized the informationization of teaching resources by developing animal virtual simulation training platform， improved their teaching level by training doubleprofessionallytitled teachers， strengthened the quality of talent training and professional social influence. In the above respects， the good effect and experience have been achieved.

2015 年 10 月，國務院印發《統籌推進世界一流大學和一流學科建設總體方案》，簡稱“雙一流”建設，是我國未來一段時間內國家大學建設的最新政策導向[1-5]。建設一流大學、一流學科，關鍵問題在于學科建設，而學科建設的落腳點又在于專業建設，一流專業無疑是一流學科的重要支撐。

作為上海唯一一所以現代都市農業為特色的上海農林職業技術學院，其動物醫學專業目前是上海高職院校中唯一培養動物醫學行業人才的專業，在近幾年的上海高職院校一流專業建設中積極探索，取得了良好的成效和經驗。

1 確立對標專業，分析存在的差距

由于我國大陸寵物行業發展較晚，大多數高職院校寵物診療專業方向都開辦不久、處在探索階段。我國臺灣地區寵物業較成熟，該研究把臺灣屏東科技大學獸醫專業作為標桿專業，該校雖然是本科，但前身也是?？?，定位為職業技術教育層次，在教育教學方面有不少值得借鑒的地方?！?br>
