雙一流背景下高職動(dòng)物醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)建設(shè)實(shí)踐與探索

摘要 在“雙一流”建設(shè)背景下，作為上海唯一培養(yǎng)動(dòng)物診療行業(yè)人才的動(dòng)醫(yī)專業(yè)，在全面對(duì)接上海4個(gè)品牌建設(shè)，從堅(jiān)持“雙主體育人”，推進(jìn)產(chǎn)教深度融合;全面對(duì)接行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)內(nèi)容符合崗位需求;開(kāi)發(fā)動(dòng)物虛擬仿真實(shí)訓(xùn)平臺(tái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)資源的信息化;培養(yǎng)“雙師雙能”的師資隊(duì)伍，提升教師教學(xué)水平;加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，提升專業(yè)社會(huì)影響力等5個(gè)方面取得了良好的成效和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Abstract Under the background of double firstclass construction， as the only veterinary medicine major in Shanghai to cultivate talents in the animal diagnosis and treatment line， it comprehensively connected the construction of four brands in Shanghai， and promoted the indepth integration of production and education by adhering to dual party education. The major achieved teaching content in line with job requirements by fully docking with industry standards， realized the informationization of teaching resources by developing animal virtual simulation training platform， improved their teaching level by training doubleprofessionallytitled teachers， strengthened the quality of talent training and professional social influence. In the above respects， the good effect and experience have been achieved.

2015 年 10 月，國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)《統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科建設(shè)總體方案》，簡(jiǎn)稱“雙一流”建設(shè)，是我國(guó)未來(lái)一段時(shí)間內(nèi)國(guó)家大學(xué)建設(shè)的最新政策導(dǎo)向[1-5]。建設(shè)一流大學(xué)、一流學(xué)科，關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題在于學(xué)科建設(shè)，而學(xué)科建設(shè)的落腳點(diǎn)又在于專業(yè)建設(shè)，一流專業(yè)無(wú)疑是一流學(xué)科的重要支撐。

作為上海唯一一所以現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)為特色的上海農(nóng)林職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院，其動(dòng)物醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)目前是上海高職院校中唯一培養(yǎng)動(dòng)物醫(yī)學(xué)行業(yè)人才的專業(yè)，在近幾年的上海高職院校一流專業(yè)建設(shè)中積極探索，取得了良好的成效和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

1 確立對(duì)標(biāo)專業(yè)，分析存在的差距

由于我國(guó)大陸寵物行業(yè)發(fā)展較晚，大多數(shù)高職院校寵物診療專業(yè)方向都開(kāi)辦不久、處在探索階段。我國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)寵物業(yè)較成熟，該研究把臺(tái)灣屏東科技大學(xué)獸醫(yī)專業(yè)作為標(biāo)桿專業(yè)，該校雖然是本科，但前身也是專科，定位為職業(yè)技術(shù)教育層次，在教育教學(xué)方面有不少值得借鑒的地方。……
