汽車內外飾間隙段差問題分析及對策

摘要：本文重點研究了造成汽車內外飾間隙段差問題的原因，主要有四個方面，分別是：質量檢查偏差、設計偏差、制造過程偏差和零件偏差，對這四個成因進行了詳細分析;在成因分析的基礎上提出了針對性的改善方法，旨在將內外飾間隙段差問題的影響最小化。通過分析，希望將造成內外飾間隙段差問題的原因和應對措施清晰地向讀者呈現，提高人們對這項問題的重視，減少問題的發(fā)生，切實改善整車內外飾生產水平。

Abstract： This paper focuses on the causes of the gap section difference of the interior and exterior decoration of the car from four main aspects： quality inspection deviation， design deviation， manufacturing process deviation and part deviation. The four causes are analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis of the cause， a targeted improvement method is proposed， which aims to minimize the influence of the gap section difference. Through analysis， it is hoped that the causes and countermeasures of the gap section difference of the interior and exterior decoration will be clearly presented to the readers， and people should pay more attention to this issue， reduce the occurrence of problems， and effectively improve the production level of the interior and exterior decoration of the vehicle.

0 ?引言

整車的生產需要經歷一個復雜而長期的過程，從前期的設計研發(fā)，再到生產環(huán)節(jié)的焊接、組裝，還需要對零件進行精密的測量和偏差的核算，中間設計多個環(huán)節(jié)，出現一點點失誤就可能造成整車的巨大偏差;在各環(huán)節(jié)的偏差的綜合作用下，整車內外飾的質量會受到較大影響，而對于整車工廠下線來說，各類內外飾間隙段差問題就會層出不窮。過去，大部分整車企業(yè)在生產制造過程中重點關注的問題是零部件的匹配精度，并不重視尺寸感知質量的，因此導致了內外飾配合度低，出現了內外飾間隙段差問題;進入21世紀以來，生產力水平的提高和消費者物質生活的極大豐富使得人們在增強對汽車的需求量的同時，也更加重視汽車的體驗感，也就是對汽車內外飾的品質提出了更高的要求。在這種情況下，促使汽車企業(yè)不得不將關注點轉到了內外飾配合品質上，必須采取有效的措施來提升這一品質，吸引更多消費者?！?br>
