自體脂肪移植行面部年輕化治療就醫者滿意度及對其自身正向評價的影響

[摘要]目的：探討自體脂肪移植用于面部年輕化治療對就醫者美觀滿意度、自信心及尊嚴感的影響，為面部年輕化治療提供參考。方法：選取行自體脂肪移植以改善面部老化的40例就醫者為觀察組，隨機選取同期行除皺術治療的40例就醫者為對照組，分別行自體脂肪移植手術、常規面部除皺術，觀察并發癥及后遺癥發生情況，調查就醫者手術前后的美觀滿意度、自信心及尊嚴感變化。結果：觀察組術后并發癥及后遺癥發生率為7.50%（5/40），對照組為2.50%（1/40），組間比較差異無統計學意義（P=0.615）。觀察組術后美觀滿意度為85.00%（34/40），對照組為65.00%（26/40），差異有統計學意義（P=0.039）。兩組就醫者自信心術后評分較術前明顯升高，觀察組術后自信心評分明顯高于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;兩組就醫者術后尊嚴感評分較術前明顯下降，觀察組術后尊嚴感評分明顯低于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：自體脂肪移植用于面部年輕化治療能明顯改善面部老化現象，具有較高的安全性，就醫者美觀滿意度較高，同時術后自信心及尊嚴感也明顯得到提高。

Abstract： Objective ?To explore the influence of autologous fat transplantation for aesthetic satisfaction， self-confidence and dignity ?sense of ?patients with facial rejuvenation treatment， in order to provide evidence for the treatment of facial rejuvenation. Methods ?40 patients with aging face treated with autologous fat transplantation were selected as the observation group.40 cases treated with conventional facial rhytidectomy at the same time were selected as the control group. They were respectively treated with ?autologous fat transplantation and conventional facial rhytidectomy，then the complications and sequelae rates were observed，and the ?changes of aesthetic satisfaction， self-confidence and sense of ?patients were investigated. Results ?The complications and sequelae rate of the observation group was 7.50%（5/40）， the rate of the control group was 2.50%（1/40）， there was no significant difference between the two groups（P=0.615）. The postoperative aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group was 85.00%（34/40），the satisfaction of the control group was 65.00%（26/40）， the difference was statistically significant（P=0.039）. The self-confidence scores of two groups after surgery were higher than those before surgery， the self-confidence scores of the observation group after surgery was higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The dignity sense of two groups after surgery were lower than those before surgery， the dignity sense of the observation group after surgery was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion ?The autologous fat transplantation can obviously improve the agingface of patients with with facial rejuvenation treatment.and its safety and ?aesthetic satisfaction are higher.the postoperative self-confidence and dignity ?sense are obviously improved.
