補陽還五湯聯合針灸治療腦血栓的66例臨床療效分析

[摘要] 目的 研究補陽還五湯+針灸運用于腦血栓中的價值。 方法 方便選擇該院2017年2月—2018年5月收治的66例腦血栓患者，按照數字表法隨機分為兩組，各33例，研究組采取補陽還五湯+針灸，對照組采取補陽還五湯，對比兩組治療結果。結果 研究組總有效率90.91%，明顯高于對照組78.79%，差異有統計學意義（χ2=5.714，P<0.05）;治療前研究組NIHSS評分（16.35±4.12）分與對照組（16.07±4.08）分差異無統計學意義（t=0.277，P>0.05），研究組治療后3 d（13.58±2.12）分、1周（10.23±3.14）分及1個月（8.64±2.78）分均低于對照組（14.92±2.84）分、（13.87±3.59）分及（10.15±3.26）分，差異有統計學意義（t=2.172，4.384，2.025，P<0.05）;治療前兩組的全血黏度、纖維蛋白原及紅細胞壓積差異無統計學意義（t=0.076，0.308，0.848，P>0.05），治療后研究組各指標水平均低于對照組，差異有統計學意義（t=2.975，3.862， 17.769，P<0.05）;治療前兩組的生理職能、軀體疼痛、社會功能、精神健康評分相比差異無統計學意義（t=0.502，0.464， 0.635，0.560，P>0.05），治療后研究組各項評分均高于對照組，差異有統計學意義（t=11.073，7.544，15.287，8.231，P<0.05）。 結論 補陽還五湯+針灸運用于腦血栓中效果明顯，改善神經功能缺損，提高生活質量，促進血液指標恢復，穩定病情。

[Abstract] Objective To study the value of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and acupuncture in cerebral thrombosis. Methods 66 patients with cerebral thrombosis who were included in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method. The study group took Buyang Huanwu decoction + acupuncture， and the control group took Buyang Huanwu soups， compared the results of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.91%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group 78.79%，the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.714， P<0.05）. There was no difference between the NIHSS score （16.35±4.12）points and the control group （16.07±4.08）points before treatment （t=0.277， P>0.05）， the study group three days （13.58±2.12）points， one week （10.23±3.14）points and one month（8.64±2.78）points were lower than the control group （14.92±2.84）points， （13.87±3.59）points and （10.15±3.26）points，the difference was statistically significant（t=2.172， 4.384， 2.025， P<0.05）; there was no difference in whole blood viscosity， fibrinogen and hematocrit between the two groups before treatment （t=0.076， 0.308， 0.848， P>0.05）， the level of each indicator in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment，the difference was statistically significant（t=2.975， 3.862， 17.769， P<0.05）; the physiological functions， physical pain， social function， spirit health scores of the two groups before treatment had no difference （t=0.502， 0.464， 0.635， 0.560， P>0.05）. After treatment， the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（t=11.073， 7.544， 15.287， 8.231， P<0.05）. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction + acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in cerebral thrombosis， improve neurological deficit， improve quality of life， promote blood index recovery and stabilize the disease.
