基于微信公眾平臺的延伸護理在婦女兩病篩查中的應用

摘 要 目的：評估微信公眾平臺對被婦女兩病（婦科病、乳腺病）篩查檢出患有疾病人群實施延伸護理的效果。方法：選取婦女兩病篩查后被檢出有婦科疾病患者156例，隨機分為干預組和對照組，對照組有患者78例，平均年齡為（30.13±3.27）歲；干預組有患者78例，平均年齡為（36.14±3.19）歲。對對照組患者實施常規(guī)護理及隨訪，對干預組患者是在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上利用微信公眾平臺開展健康教育與心理干預等延伸護理。用漢密爾頓焦慮量表（HAMA）、簡易應對方式問卷（SCSQ）和滿意度問卷進行評價。結(jié)果：干預后，干預組患者的HAMA評分明顯低與對照組（12.27±2.80比24.67±3.43，P<0.05），SCSQ積極應對評分明顯高于對照組（21.47±4.23比16.78±4.15，P<0.05），對醫(yī)護人員的滿意度也明顯高于對照組（97.44%比69.23%，P<0.05）。結(jié)論：應用微信公眾平臺開展延伸護理可以緩解患者的焦慮情緒，改善患者的心理狀況，有助于患者早期康復，提高患病婦女的滿意度，對婦女兩病篩查工作具有重要意義。

Application of extended care based on WeChat public platform in womens two diseases screening

ABSTRACT Objective： To evaluate the effect of WeChat public platform on the extended care of the patients with two diseases（gynecological diseases and breast diseases） detected by screening. Methods： One hundred and fifty-six cases of gynecological diseases that were detected after screening for womens two diseases were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group. There were 78 patients in the control group， with an average age of （30.13±3.27） years； there were 78 patients in the intervention group， with an average age of （36.14±3.19） years. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing and follow-up， on the basis of the control group， the intervention group used the WeChat public platform to carry out extended care of health education， psychological intervention and others. The Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA）， the simple coping style questionnaire（SCSQ）， and the satisfaction questionnaire were used for evaluation. Results： After the intervention， the HAMA score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group （12.27±2.80 vs. 24.67±3.43， P<0.05）， the positive response score of SCSQ of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group （21.47±4.23 vs. 16.78±4.15， P<0.05）， and satisfaction with medical staff of the intervention group was also significantly higher than that of the control group （97.44% vs. 69.23%， P<0.05）. Conclusion： The application of WeChat public platform to carry out extended care can relieve patients anxiety， improve patients psychological status， help patients to recover early， and improve the satisfaction of the sick women， which is of great significance for screening women with two diseases.
