摘 要:帶式物料運輸機在工業生產中已有較多應用,在跨越障礙時需要設置專用廊道橋。本文以某采礦項目帶式運輸機跨河廊道橋為工程背景,設計了主跨270m的大跨徑斜拉橋結構,保證了橋下河流通航凈空和泄洪要求。該橋的設計可為同類工程大跨廊道橋提供借鑒。同時,采用有限元計算軟件對橋梁進行了動力特性分析。結果表明,橋梁具有較大柔性,橋梁振型較為密集,在采用反應譜分析或其他地震反應分析時應考慮更多數量的參與振型。

Abstract:?Belt?conveyors?have?been?widely?used?in?industrial?production,?and?special?corridor?bridges?need?to?be?set?up?when?crossing?obstacles.?In?this?paper,?a?mining?project?belt?conveyor?cross-river?corridor?bridge?was?used?as?the?engineering?background,?and?a?large-span?cable-stayed?bridge?with?a?main?span?of?270m?was?designed?to?ensure?the?navigation?clearance?and?flood discharge?requirements?of?the?river?under?the?bridge.The?design?of?the?bridge?can?provide?reference?for?the?large-span?corridor?bridge?of?the?same?kind.?At?the?same?time,?the?finite?element?calculation?software?was?used?to?analyze?the?dynamic?characteristics?of?the?bridge.?The?results?show?that?the?bridge?has?greater?flexibility?and?the?vibration?mode?of?the?bridge?is?more?dense,?when?using?response?spectrum?analysis?or?other?seismic?response?analysis,?a?larger?number?of?participating?modes?should?be?considered.

帶式運輸機能夠實現物料的連續和長距離運送,具有結構簡單、工作可靠,運行平穩、噪聲小,運送量大且不損傷被輸送物料等特點。近年來,由于工業和技術的發展,散裝物料的帶式輸送機大量運用于冶金、化工、電站、港口、海口等工業領域[1]。帶式輸送機長距離運輸時,往往需要跨越河流、山谷、道路、建筑物等,當跨度較小時采用普通鋼筋混凝土廊道橋即可跨越,當跨度較大時可采用鋼桁架廊道橋,當單跨跨度進一步加大并超過100m時,采用常規的梁式廊道橋已不能滿足工程需求,需要采用跨越能力更強的結構形式。在公路和市政大跨度橋梁中,預應力混凝土梁式橋、拱橋、斜拉橋和懸索橋等橋型均有較多應用,但在工業帶式運輸機廊道橋中的應用較少。本文以某鋁土礦帶式運輸機跨河廊道橋為工程背景,進行了大跨度廊道斜拉橋的設計,并進行了相關計算分析。……
