摘 要:現階段,淋浴一般采用手動機械調溫閥進行調溫,該類調溫閥在熱水源不穩定的環境中使用時存在調溫時間長、恒溫難、水資源浪費嚴重和用戶沐浴體驗較差等問題。該類問題在太陽能熱水器中表現尤為嚴重。為此,本文設計了一款基于比例微調算法的可自動調溫的家用智能淋浴控溫閥,可實現一鍵恒溫。樣機的調試結果顯示,該淋浴智能自動控溫閥具有人機交互性強、調控響應速度快、水溫水量恒定的特點,具有一定的應用推廣價值。

Abstract:?At?this?stage,?the?shower?is?usually?tempered?by?a manual?mechanical?thermostat.?When?the?temperature?regulating?valve?is?used?in?an?environment?with?unstable?hot?water?source,?there?are?problems?such?as?long?temperature?adjustment?time,?difficulty?in?constant?temperature,?serious?waste?of?water?resources,?and?poor?user?bathing?experience.?This?type?of?problem?is?particularly?severe?in?solar?water?heaters.?To?this?end,?this?paper?designed?a?home?smart?shower?temperature?control?valve?based?on?proportional?fine-tuning?algorithm?that?could?automatically?adjust?temperature,?which?could?achieve?one-button?constant?temperature.?The?debugging?results?of?the?prototype?show?that?the?shower?intelligent?automatic?temperature?control?valve?has?the?characteristics?of?strong?human-computer?interaction,?fast?response?response,?constant?water?temperature?and?water?volume,?and?has?certain?application?promotion?value.

現階段,太陽能熱水器的調溫方式主要為手動調節,熱源溫度因太陽光照時長不同而不同,出水口的水溫受進水量和熱源溫度波動的影響而不斷變化。用戶在使用時需要不斷調節來保證較為恒定的水溫,這不僅浪費了大量的水資源,還帶來不良的沐浴體驗,甚至存在燙傷的風險。針對市場上目前廣泛使用的太陽能熱水器混水閥存在的問題,采用現代智能控制技術對原有手動機械閥進行改造,實現自動恒溫出水是非常必要的。
1 恒溫閥國內外研究現狀
現有的恒溫閥主要有三種[1-3]。一是手動機械式混水閥,結構簡單,價格便宜,但每次調溫全憑用戶感覺,需要不斷嘗試。二是檔位調溫閥,其原理決定了只有當熱水入水口與涼水入水口水溫為某一固定值且水壓恒定時,其溫度刻度才有意義,否則依然需要用戶憑感覺去調節溫度,依舊解決不了太陽能熱水器等熱水源水溫不穩定場所水溫難調的問題?!?br>
