摘 要:無(wú)人機(jī)遙感技術(shù)具有自動(dòng)化、智能化、專業(yè)化等優(yōu)點(diǎn),將無(wú)人機(jī)遙感技術(shù)應(yīng)用于煤堆盤點(diǎn)測(cè)量上,可以有效解決人工盤點(diǎn)法(屬于傳統(tǒng)盤煤方式,費(fèi)工費(fèi)時(shí),準(zhǔn)確度低)和固定式盤煤儀盤煤法(屬于新型盤煤方式,造價(jià)高,維護(hù)成本大)存在的問題。本文通過分析無(wú)人機(jī)盤煤系統(tǒng)的組成、影像處理的原理、煤堆體積計(jì)算的方法,對(duì)無(wú)人機(jī)遙感技術(shù)在煤堆盤點(diǎn)測(cè)量中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了初步探索,最后通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)的方法驗(yàn)證其有效性。

Abstract: UAV remote sensing technology has the advantages of automation, intelligence and specialization. The application of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) remote sensing technology in coal pile inventory measurement can effectively solve the problems of the manual inventory method (belonging to the traditional coal inventory method, which is labor-consuming, time-consuming, and has low accuracy) and the fixed coal meter method (belonging to the new coal inventory method with high cost and high maintenance cost). In this paper, by analyzing the composition of unmanned aerial vehicle coal system, the principle of image processing and the calculation method of coal pile volume, the application of UAV remote sensing technology in coal pile inventory measurement was explored, finally, its effectiveness was verified by field test methods.

無(wú)人機(jī)遙感是利用先進(jìn)的無(wú)人駕駛飛行器技術(shù)、遙感傳感器技術(shù)、遙測(cè)遙控技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)、POS定位定姿技術(shù)、GPS差分定位技術(shù)和遙感應(yīng)用技術(shù),具有自動(dòng)化、智能化、專業(yè)化快速獲取空間遙感信息,并進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)處理、建模和分析的先進(jìn)技術(shù)[1]。近年來(lái),隨著無(wú)人機(jī)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,其所具備高靈活性、低成本、高分辨率數(shù)據(jù)的快速獲取等優(yōu)勢(shì)得以體現(xiàn)。將無(wú)人機(jī)遙感技術(shù)應(yīng)用煤堆盤點(diǎn)測(cè)量上,可以有效解決傳統(tǒng)盤煤方式(人工盤點(diǎn)法)費(fèi)工費(fèi)時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確度低以及固定式盤煤儀盤煤法造價(jià)高、維護(hù)成本大等問題,為煤礦、港口、燃煤火力發(fā)電廠儲(chǔ)煤量的盤點(diǎn)提供優(yōu)秀解決方案。無(wú)人機(jī)盤煤技術(shù)的原理如下。
1 無(wú)人機(jī)航拍系統(tǒng)
無(wú)人機(jī)航拍系統(tǒng)主要是通過無(wú)人機(jī)搭載高清相機(jī)獲取地面影像數(shù)據(jù)。無(wú)人機(jī)航拍系統(tǒng)的組成如圖1所示,主要包括飛行平臺(tái)、飛行控制與地面監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)以及高清相機(jī)等。……
