南通新區(qū)醫(yī)院大體積混凝土施工技術(shù)研究

摘 要：南通中央創(chuàng)新區(qū)醫(yī)院綜合體項(xiàng)目一期工程，底板屬于大體積混凝土。針對(duì)此工程，需要重點(diǎn)控制好混凝土的試配工作，采用合理混凝土澆筑及溫控方案，通過保溫、降溫及養(yǎng)護(hù)措施，防止混凝土產(chǎn)生開裂破壞，影響結(jié)構(gòu)正常使用，為同類工程的施工提供借鑒。

Abstract： Nantong Central Innovation Zone Hospital complex project phase I， the floor belongs to mass concrete. For this project， it is necessary to control the trial mixing of concrete， adopt reasonable concrete pouring and temperature control scheme， and take measures of heat preservation， temperature reduction and maintenance to prevent the concrete from cracking and damage， affecting the normal use of the structure， so as to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.

1 項(xiàng)目概況

南通市中央創(chuàng)新區(qū)醫(yī)學(xué)綜合體建設(shè)項(xiàng)目位于南通市中央創(chuàng)新區(qū)通富北路東、世紀(jì)大道南、勝利路西、崇川路北。工程建設(shè)用地面積約187 633m2，總建筑面積約36 4509.72m2，其中，門急診醫(yī)技住院綜合樓約364 108.83m2，地上建筑面積約219 858.96m2，地下建筑面積約144 249.87m2;垃圾房建筑面積約400.89m2。地下二層（局部區(qū)域一層）基礎(chǔ)板面標(biāo)高-12.000m，其中放療區(qū)域基礎(chǔ)底板標(biāo)高-13.200m，塔樓區(qū)域的底板厚度為1.1m和1.5m，屬大體積混凝土施工，需要從混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)、混凝土生產(chǎn)、混凝土運(yùn)輸、混凝土澆筑、混凝土養(yǎng)護(hù)與混凝土溫度控制等方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)控制;同時(shí)，要確保底板混凝土養(yǎng)護(hù)期間的內(nèi)外最大溫差不超過25℃，以避免因水化熱和干縮引起的裂縫[1-9]。

2 混凝土配合比要求

本工程基礎(chǔ)底板的厚度為1 100mm和1 500mm。在設(shè)計(jì)C35P8混凝土配合比時(shí)，將以保證大體積混凝土施工質(zhì)量、控制混凝土裂縫為重點(diǎn)。引起大體積混凝土裂縫的原因較為復(fù)雜，主要包括混凝土溫升階段由內(nèi)外溫差導(dǎo)致的表面裂縫;由混凝土失去水分形成的收縮裂縫;由堿集料反應(yīng)導(dǎo)致大體積混凝土產(chǎn)生的裂縫等。……
