結構加固技術在房屋建筑施工中的應用

摘 要：隨著現代社會經濟飛速發展和工程建設技術水平不斷提高，對房屋建筑建設質量提出了更高的要求。本文主要對當前我國房屋建筑結構施工方面存在的問題進行分析，然后闡述結構加固對房屋建筑的重要性和影響，最后通過實際分析房屋建筑施工中結構加固技術的應用對策。

Abstract： With the rapid development of modern social economy and the continuous improvement of engineering construction technology， higher requirements are put forward for the quality of housing construction. This paper mainly analyzed the problems existing in the current construction of housing structure in China， then expounded the importance and influence of structural reinforcement on housing construction， and finally analyzed the application countermeasures of structural reinforcement technology in housing construction through actual analysis.

當前，城市化進程不斷加快，人們對生活環境的品質要求越來越高，房屋建筑工程質量越來越受到各界重視。房屋建筑工程施工過程中，結構穩定性和可靠性直接決定建筑的整體質量和安全性，因此當前各類先進的結構加固技術被廣泛應用。但是，受傳統思想和施工模式的限制，房屋建筑施工中結構加固工作仍然存在一些問題，對這些問題及產生的原因進行分析，并通過科學方法進行解決，對提升房屋建筑施工水平具有重要意義。

1 房屋建筑施工中結構加固存在的問題

1.1 設計階段缺乏重視

首先，房屋建筑的整體結構是由工程設計方案決定的，而工程設計人員需要結合項目要求和當地環境特點來制訂科學的設計方案。但是，目前部分地區房屋建筑工程的設計團隊雖然很重視結構穩定性，但在設計階段，缺乏利用加固技術提升結構穩定性的意識。例如，部分設計人員僅僅通過分析房屋結構荷載強度，然后平衡房屋不同位置承重來進行設計。……
