摘 要:循環流化床鍋爐(以下簡稱CFB鍋爐)具有排放污染低、燃料適應性廣、燃燒效率高及負荷適應性強等優點。但是,CFB鍋爐在運行過程中也存在較多問題。本文通過分析一起因引風機動葉調節連桿脫落而引起的屏過超溫事故,旨在探討處理此類事故的正確辦法,為生產運行人員提供借鑒。

Cause Analysis and Preventive Measures of an Atypical over
Temperature Accident of a CFB Boiler

Abstract: CFB boiler has the advantages of low emission pollution, wide fuel adaptability, high combustion efficiency and strong load adaptability. However, there are many problems in the operation of CFB boiler. This paper analyzed an over temperature accident of the screen caused by the falling off of the regulating link of the induced draft fan moving blade, aiming to explore the correct way to deal with this kind of accident and provide reference for the production and operation personnel.

CFB鍋爐運行產生的問題比較多,需要生產運行人員吸取事故處理經驗和加強事故演習,保證其安全運行。本文通過分析一起因引風機動葉調節連桿脫落而引起的屏過超溫事故,旨在探討處理此類事故的正確辦法,為生產運行人員提供借鑒。
1 引風機動葉調節連桿脫落引起屏過超溫的過程
1.1 該CFB鍋爐簡介
某發電廠2×300MW CFB機組的鍋爐是東方鍋爐生產的亞臨界參數國產化循環流化床汽包爐,自然循環,單爐膛,一次中間再熱,汽冷式旋風分離器,平衡通風,露天布置,燃煤為無煙煤,固態排渣,過熱蒸汽溫度設計值為540℃[1-3]。
1.2 事件發生經過
事發時運行方式:該機組投自動運行方式,負荷293MW,汽壓16.5MPa,主汽溫度539℃,再熱汽溫度540℃。某日14:12,爐膛壓力由+50Pa突升至+800Pa,爐膛壓力高報警。A、B引風機動葉開度由51%開到81%,熱一次風流量大幅波動,由289kNm3/h突降至80.2kNm3/h,見表1。
14:14,由于熱一次風量低,鍋爐MFT動作(熱工定值<176kNm3/h,延時100s)。4min后,熱一次風量為219kNm3/h時,爐膛壓力突升,最高至+2 731Pa,鍋爐壓力保護引發BT(鍋爐跳閘,下同)動作(保護定值:±2 489Pa,MFT延時2s,BT延時10s)。14:19,爐膛負壓低至-3 744Pa,引風機(A、B)跳閘。鍋爐MFT動作時參數如表2所示。……
