摘 要:針對鋰電池廠除濕機(jī)系統(tǒng)冷凝水無法有效排出、停產(chǎn)期間水封被破壞、后表冷段水封破壞后漏風(fēng)等問題,分析了影響冷凝水水封的5個(gè)主要因素,并介紹了一種可以彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)水封不足的新型乒乓球水封,可有效解決以上問題。此新型水封已運(yùn)用到鋰電池廠除濕機(jī)系統(tǒng)中,實(shí)際應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,可有效將冷凝水排出。

Study on the Influence Factors of Condensate Discharge
in Dehumidifier System of Lithium Battery Factory

Abstract: In view of the problems of the dehumidifier system of lithium battery plant, such as the condensate water can not be effectively discharged, the water seal was damaged during the shutdown period, and the air leakage after the water seal of the rear surface cooling section was damaged, five main factors affecting the condensate water seal were analyzed, and a new type of table tennis water seal which could make up for the shortage of the traditional water seal was introduced, which could effectively solve the above problems. The new water seal has been used in the dehumidifier system of lithium battery plant. The practical application results show that it can effectively discharge the condensed water.

鋰電池在生產(chǎn)過程中對濕度要求極其苛刻,如果超過工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn),可使單體電池性能衰減,影響電池化成及模組性能,甚至可使電池鼓脹,造成電池報(bào)廢。因此,良好的環(huán)境濕度是保證鋰電池高性能的重要條件之一。在鋰電池廠中,多以除濕機(jī)系統(tǒng)保障生產(chǎn)環(huán)境的濕度要求,除濕機(jī)系統(tǒng)主要以冷凍除濕和轉(zhuǎn)輪除濕相結(jié)合,達(dá)到電池生產(chǎn)的工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在冷凍除濕時(shí),會產(chǎn)生大量的冷凝水,冷凝水的順利排放是保障除濕機(jī)系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行和車間環(huán)境濕度的重要條件,因此冷凝水排放問題也成為近期許多國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的重點(diǎn)。
孫法森[1]對空調(diào)機(jī)組冷凝水排水系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),避免了高速氣流阻礙冷凝水的正常排出。曹陽等[2]討論了空調(diào)系統(tǒng)凝結(jié)水水封對系統(tǒng)安全運(yùn)行的重要性和水封設(shè)計(jì)不當(dāng)導(dǎo)致設(shè)備故障和漏風(fēng)能耗增加等問題,分析了影響水封設(shè)計(jì)的5個(gè)主要因素,并結(jié)合影響因素提出了具體的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法,介紹了一種可彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)水封不足的新型浮球式水封。……
