石化智能工廠工業互聯網平臺建設探索

摘 要：當前我國制造企業面臨著巨大的轉型壓力，智能工廠建設是中國石化產業轉型升級的必由之路。本文主要闡述了當前石化智能工廠的總體框架和建設重點，深入探究石化智能工廠工業互聯網平臺的體系架構，剖析時下工業互聯網平臺發展存在的主要問題，并從政府與企業不同的角度提出石化智能工廠工業互聯網平臺建設的思路。

Exploration on Construction of Industrial Internet

Platform for Petrochemical Intelligent Factory

Abstract： China's manufacturing enterprises are facing tremendous pressure for transformation. More and more large and medium-sized enterprises in various industries have begun the journey of intelligent factory construction. This paper mainly described the current overall framework and construction focus of the petrochemical intelligent factory， delved into the system architecture of the petrochemical industry's internet platform， analyzed the main issues of the development of the current industrial internet platform， and proposed ideas from different perspectives of the government and enterprises.

隨著新一代信息通信技術的持續創新和滲透擴散，新一輪工業革命正在全球范圍孕育興起，制造業正邁向體系重構、動力變革、范式遷移的新階段，加速向數字化、網絡化、智能化方向延伸拓展，萬物互聯、數據驅動、軟件定義、平臺支撐、組織重構、智能主導正在構建制造業的新體系。特別是隨著美國通用電氣公司（GE）和德國西門子公司相繼推出自己的工業互聯網（或工業4.0）平臺，全球工業制造業由此迎來了平臺競爭時代。這個轉變具有劃時代的意義，將深刻改變未來國際產業分工與國際貿易競爭格局。工業物聯網平臺建設將日益成為全球工業制造業的首要基礎設施，成為集聚全球工廠、工業產品、市場用戶的第一入口，將加速全球制造業的“兩化融合”進程。國家將工業互聯網平臺建設作為深化制造業與互聯網融合發展的主攻方向，是大勢所趨。

中國的石化產業在瞄準世界一流企業做強、做大自己的同時，深刻體會到必須要有世界一流的信息技術做支撐，正在大力提升企業信息化、自動化、智能化水平，并實現高效化和綠色低碳化。……
