摘 要:本文依托成都地鐵9號線心島站至孵化園站區間內靠孵化園站端70.205m長區間,采用暗挖破除侵入盾構空間的群樁工程,全面闡述了盾構區間侵限群樁預破除的主要施工技術和監控量測控制方法。重點對施工降水、超前支護施工、預留核心土環形開挖、臨時豎撐法進行了介紹,對類似群樁預破除工程施工有一定的參考價值。

Technologies on the Removal of Pile Groups Intruding into
Subway Shield Intervals

Abstract: Based on the 70.205-meter-long Xindao-Fuhuayuan Station pile group engineering project of Chengdu subway line 9 where the pile groups intruding into the shield intervals are to be removed through underground excavation, the paper elaborated the major construction technologies and monitoring measurement & control methods on per-removal of intruding pile groups. It focused mainly on introductions to construction dewatering, forepoling construction, and core soil reservation plus vertical temporary support excavation methods. Finding results of the paper will open up referential ideas to per-removal construction of similar pile groups.

1 項目概況
1.1 工程概況
成都地鐵9號線心島站至孵化園站區間長373.552m,埋深14.66~16.82m。靠孵化園站端70.205m長區間位于錦城大道市政下穿隧道下方,位于平面曲線半徑[R]=1 000m的曲線段,線路縱坡為21.774‰,埋深約14.66m,左線隧道空間內有下穿隧道既有圍護樁48根侵入,盾構機無法開挖通過,該段需要采用礦山法暗挖將既有圍護樁全部破除后回填暗挖部分方可盾構。盾構機從心島站大里程端始發,沿錦城大道路徑方向掘進,于孵化園站小里程端到達吊出。
暗挖區間位于錦城大道中央,施工時地面交通錦城大道和下穿隧道封閉,天府大道保持雙向10車道交通通行[1-3]。暗挖施工通道設在天府大道與錦城大道交匯口東南側靠近慢行過街通道出口附近,設置一座臨時施工豎井和施工橫通道,橫通道長12.789m,如圖1所示。

1.2 地質情況
暗挖區段自上而下地質為:人工填土層厚1.3~4.1m,粉質黏土(硬塑)厚1.2~8.6m,平均層厚4.7m,卵石土厚1.2~5.8m,平均層厚2.8m,卵石土(密實)厚1.3~6.7m,平均層厚3.1m,強風化泥巖厚0.6~1.5m,其下為中等風化泥巖。……
