PCCP管道安裝施工工藝研究

摘 要：近年來(lái)，水利工程項(xiàng)目逐漸增多，水利工程項(xiàng)目在實(shí)施過(guò)程中對(duì)于管材的質(zhì)量有嚴(yán)格要求，因此PCCP管道被逐步應(yīng)用于各種水利工程中。它是一種非金屬管材，綜合了預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土與鋼管材料的優(yōu)勢(shì)，具有成本低、耐腐蝕、抗高溫等特點(diǎn)，適合廣泛應(yīng)用在水利工程中。基于此，本文分析了PCCP管道安裝施工工藝，以保證PCCP管道安裝質(zhì)量，使其在水利工程中發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用。

Research on PCCP Pipeline Installation and Construction Technology

Abstract： In recent years， the number of water conservancy engineering projects has gradually increased. During the implementation process of water conservancy projects， there are strict requirements on the quality of pipes. Therefore， PCCP pipelines have been gradually applied to various water conservancy projects. It is a non-metallic pipe that combines the advantages of prestressed concrete and steel pipe materials， which has the characteristics of low cost， corrosion resistance， high temperature resistance， etc.， and is suitable for wide application in hydraulic engineering. Based on this， this paper analyzed the PCCP pipeline installation and construction technology to ensure the PCCP pipeline installation quality and make it play its due role in water conservancy projects.

PCCP的全稱(chēng)是預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筒混凝土管，PCCP管材具備能夠承受內(nèi)壓與外部荷載的能力[1-3]，有效保證了管道的使用壽命。因此，人們要充分利用PCCP管道，有效控制水利工程的輸水成本，提升水利工程的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與社會(huì)效益。

1 PCCP管道的性能及特點(diǎn)

PCCP管道是一種新型管材，其高強(qiáng)度混凝土管帶有鋼筒，而管芯纏繞著預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絲。管道外部有水泥砂漿保護(hù)層，將鋼制承插口與鋼筒焊接在一起，承插口存在凹槽與膠圈，這種特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)形式使得其可以形成滑動(dòng)式膠圈的柔性接頭。因此，PCCP管道的構(gòu)成相對(duì)復(fù)雜，由鋼板、混凝土、高強(qiáng)鋼絲和水泥砂漿等復(fù)合而成，PCCP管道綜合了鋼材與混凝土材料等的優(yōu)勢(shì)[4-7]。

2 PCCP安裝特點(diǎn)

PCCP管道的安裝施工主要有以下特點(diǎn)。一是接頭結(jié)構(gòu)為雙膠圈承插口，安裝人員能夠及時(shí)檢查管道接頭部位的密封效果，有效控制管道安裝質(zhì)量。二是安裝就位需要借助履帶式起重機(jī)，履帶式起重機(jī)在各個(gè)方向都可以實(shí)現(xiàn)精確調(diào)整，有效提高了管道對(duì)接的就位精度，為后期安裝提供便捷。……
