摘 要:模具工業(yè)素有“工業(yè)之母”之稱,不斷快速推廣各項(xiàng)世界級(jí)的新技術(shù)。其中,熱流道技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與普及尤為突出,成為該領(lǐng)域的一種關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。本文闡述了熱流道技術(shù)的原理和應(yīng)用知識(shí),分析了熱流道模具的設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)(涵蓋導(dǎo)熱與冷卻、熱量排布、強(qiáng)度控制、進(jìn)膠平衡等),并介紹了熱流道選型方法,以便將熱流道技術(shù)更好地應(yīng)用于模具設(shè)計(jì)中。

Application of Hot Runner Technology in Plastic Injection Mold

Abstract: The mold industry is known as the "mother of industry", and it continues to rapidly promote various world-class new technologies. Among them, the application and popularization of hot runner technology is particularly prominent and has become a key technology in this field. This paper explained the principle and application knowledge of hot runner technology, analyzed the design focus of hot runner molds (covering heat conduction and cooling, heat distribution, strength control, glue feeding balance, etc.), and introduced hot runner selection methods in order to better apply hot runner technology to mold design.

熱流道的基本原理是在塑膠注塑模具中,為實(shí)現(xiàn)塑膠熔融體在型腔中持續(xù)流動(dòng),對(duì)主流道、分流道、澆口進(jìn)行恰當(dāng)?shù)臏囟瓤刂疲沟盟苣z能夠一直保持在熔融狀態(tài)[1],從而實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)注塑的效果。熱流道系統(tǒng)通常由熱流道板、溫度控制器、噴嘴和輔助零件等幾部分構(gòu)成[2]。熱流道系統(tǒng)自身相當(dāng)于注塑機(jī)的一個(gè)延伸膠道,使得進(jìn)膠無水口料產(chǎn)生。
1 導(dǎo)熱與冷卻
1.1 導(dǎo)熱
熱流道系統(tǒng)的功能是銜接注塑機(jī)到產(chǎn)品型腔之間的延伸膠道。熱流道系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)理念是在需要導(dǎo)熱的部位進(jìn)行導(dǎo)熱處理,如塑膠熔體的流道,在需要隔熱的部位進(jìn)行隔熱處理。例如,在需要使用氣缸來實(shí)現(xiàn)模具開模動(dòng)作時(shí),為避免氣缸受熱繼而熱膨脹導(dǎo)致卡死情況,人們需要在模架上對(duì)氣缸進(jìn)行隔熱處理。熱流道供應(yīng)商依據(jù)塑膠物性表,在熱流道溫度設(shè)定上尋找一個(gè)臨界平衡點(diǎn)。那么,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)直接有效的溫度控制呢?……
