醫(yī)療CT軸承局部噴漆防護工藝改進

摘 要：醫(yī)療CT軸承具有低噪聲、低振動的特點，其軸承表面需要局部噴漆。目前，成品局部噴漆時使用潤滑脂進行密封，滾道內(nèi)部經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)異物進入現(xiàn)象，造成醫(yī)療CT軸承噪聲超標(biāo)。因此，根據(jù)醫(yī)療CT軸承的結(jié)構(gòu)特點，通過改進軸承局部噴漆防護工藝并設(shè)計專用防護蓋板，避免異物進入軸承滾道，保證CT軸承噪聲和振動值處于可控范圍。

Improvement of Protective Process of Local Spray

Painting for Medical CT Machine Bearings

Abstract： Medical CT bearings have the characteristics of low noise and low vibration， and the surface of the bearings needs to be spray-painted. At present， the finished product is sealed with grease when sprayed locally， and foreign matter often enters the inside of the raceway， causing medical CT bearings to exceed noise standards.Therefore， according to the structural characteristics of medical CT bearings， by improving the local paint spray protection technology of the bearings and designing special protective covers to prevent foreign objects from entering the bearing raceways， the CT bearing noise and vibration values can be controlled.

隨著人類對健康的追求不斷提升，醫(yī)療行業(yè)發(fā)展非常迅速，醫(yī)療CT的市場需求也越來越大。醫(yī)療CT是指醫(yī)學(xué)上利用電子計算機斷層掃描的方法進行檢查，它根據(jù)人體不同組織對射線的不同吸收率與透過率，應(yīng)用靈敏度極高的儀器對人體進行測量，然后將測量數(shù)據(jù)輸入電子計算機，電子計算機對數(shù)據(jù)進行處理后，得到人體被檢查部位的圖像，發(fā)現(xiàn)體內(nèi)任何部位的細(xì)小病變。醫(yī)療CT具有掃描時間快、圖像清晰等特點，可用于多種疾病的檢查[1]。

醫(yī)療CT使用的軸承統(tǒng)稱醫(yī)療CT軸承。CT軸承屬于高端軸承，具有高精度和高可靠性，生產(chǎn)難度較大，能夠生產(chǎn)的企業(yè)不多。某醫(yī)療CT軸承的結(jié)構(gòu)形式選用雙排角接觸球軸承[2]，軸承套圈的原材料為42CrMo[3]連鑄棒料，棒料經(jīng)鍛造后進行調(diào)質(zhì)處理，軸承的溝道采用中頻淬火提高表面硬度[4]，增加溝道的耐磨性。醫(yī)療CT用軸承的轉(zhuǎn)速高，振動和噪聲比較低，因此對軸承溝道的粗糙度和清潔度要求都比較高。
