智能制造新工科實踐平臺建設的研究與實踐

摘 要：當前，智能技術在社會生產和生活中占據重要位置，相關智能制造技術快速發(fā)展，為提升智能化水平提供了必要的技術支持。在智能制造行業(yè)發(fā)展中，高水平、高素質的新工科專業(yè)人才需求日益旺盛。相關新工科教育機構需要做好教育改革和創(chuàng)新，促進智能制造專業(yè)技術應用型人才的有效培養(yǎng)，因此強化相關智能制造實踐平臺構建很有必要。本文介紹了智能制造的發(fā)展現狀，分析了智能制造專業(yè)實踐平臺的建設思路以及相關建設內容，為促進智能制造新工科實踐平臺構建提供有效思路。

New Engineering Practice Platform

Abstract： At present， intelligent technology occupies an important position in social production and life. The rapid development of related intelligent manufacturing technologies has provided necessary technical support for improving the level of intelligence. In the development of the intelligent manufacturing industry， the demand for high-level and high-quality new engineering professionals is growing. Relevant new engineering education institutions need to do a good job in education reform and innovation， and promote the effective cultivation of intelligent manufacturing professional and technical application-oriented talents. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the construction of relevant intelligent manufacturing practice platforms. This paper introduced the development status of intelligent manufacturing， analyzed the construction ideas and related construction contents of the intelligent manufacturing professional practice platform， and provided effective ideas for promoting the construction of a new engineering practice platform for intelligent manufacturing.

隨著相關信息技術的發(fā)展，智能制造技術出現。目前，相關智能制造技術貫穿于從設計到生產再到管理和服務等各個環(huán)節(jié)中。行業(yè)的發(fā)展少不了人才支持，而構建有效的新工科智能制造實踐平臺，對于促進專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)、提升人才培養(yǎng)質量具有重要作用。

1 智能制造發(fā)展現狀

當前，我國正在積極開展新一輪的產業(yè)革命，頒布實施《中國制造2025》計劃。就目前我國的智能制造發(fā)展水平來看，相關制造業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力不足、產業(yè)結構不合理以及信息化水平低等問題[1-3]，導致相關行業(yè)的市場競爭力不足，在國家大力提倡創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展的社會背景下，推動智能制造技術研發(fā)和應用，促進相應的生產制造過程智能化升級改造，可以加快我國向制造強國邁進的步伐。……
