基于安全性能要素的AGV叉車檢驗(yàn)

摘 要：AGV叉車是在現(xiàn)代化物流園區(qū)、智能化工廠、自動(dòng)化倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、智能碼頭等實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)自動(dòng)化必不可少的特種設(shè)備。由于其主要負(fù)責(zé)貨物的裝卸、堆垛和短距離運(yùn)輸，其安全性對(duì)保證貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)男始柏浳铩⒅車藛T的安全具有重要意義，因此它在安全性能要素檢驗(yàn)方面始終占據(jù)著特種設(shè)備安全體系中的重要地位。本文就AGV叉車的安全性能要素檢驗(yàn)提出了一些建議。

AGV Forklift Inspection Based on Safety Performance Elements

Abstract： AGV forklift is a special equipment that is essential for industrial automation in modern logistics parks， intelligent factories， automated storage， and intelligent terminals. Because it is mainly responsible for the loading， unloading， stacking， and short-distance transportation of goods， its safety is important The efficiency of cargo transportation and the safety of cargo and surrounding people are of great significance. Therefore， it always occupies an important position in the safety system of special equipment in terms of inspection of safety performance elements. This paper put forward some suggestions on the inspection of safety performance elements of AGV forklifts.

隨著我國(guó)加快推進(jìn)實(shí)施“中國(guó)制造2025”，實(shí)現(xiàn)制造業(yè)升級(jí)，工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、港口、車站、機(jī)場(chǎng)、貨場(chǎng)、流通和配送中心對(duì)智能化的要求越來(lái)越高。在貨物裝卸、搬運(yùn)、集散過(guò)程中，傳統(tǒng)的人力和普通的叉車搬運(yùn)逐漸被淘汰，取而代之的是智能化的無(wú)人自動(dòng)叉車（AGV叉車）。

目前，我國(guó)AGV叉車（以下簡(jiǎn)稱AGV）的市場(chǎng)需求量不斷增加，并且這種增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)不斷提高。因此，AGV的安全性能檢驗(yàn)變得越來(lái)越重要。

1 AGV安全性能要素檢驗(yàn)的必要性

根據(jù)《場(chǎng)（廠）內(nèi)專用機(jī)動(dòng)車輛安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》（TSG N0001—2017）的定義可知，叉車可分為平衡重式叉車、前移式叉車、側(cè)面式叉車、插腿式叉車、托盤堆垛車和三向堆垛車六類，主要在工廠廠區(qū)等特定區(qū)域使用。AGV承擔(dān)了大量貨物的裝卸、堆垛和短距離運(yùn)輸?shù)娜蝿?wù)，且工作時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)。在經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用后，叉車會(huì)出現(xiàn)部件疲勞、磨損、安全性能不可靠等問(wèn)題，若不進(jìn)行安全性能要素檢驗(yàn)，輕則影響AGV的正常使用，影響貨物裝卸運(yùn)輸?shù)男剩貏t造成嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和人員傷亡問(wèn)題。……
