中醫(yī)藥院校學(xué)生基層就業(yè)教育指導(dǎo)和實(shí)踐研究

[摘要] 目前，隨著我國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制的不斷改革，各中醫(yī)藥院校每年都在擴(kuò)招，畢業(yè)生人數(shù)也逐年增長(zhǎng)，但各類城市醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生行業(yè)能夠提供的就業(yè)崗位數(shù)量有限，中醫(yī)藥學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。然而基層就業(yè)作為大學(xué)生就業(yè)的一種方式，也逐漸成為中醫(yī)藥院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)重要途徑之一。本研究以加強(qiáng)中醫(yī)藥學(xué)生基層就業(yè)教育指導(dǎo)，轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)就業(yè)觀念，樹立正確基層就業(yè)理念為立足點(diǎn)，同時(shí)加強(qiáng)基層就業(yè)宣傳教育，營(yíng)造良好就業(yè)氛圍;開展基層就業(yè)社會(huì)實(shí)踐，提高就業(yè)綜合能力;增強(qiáng)基層就業(yè)形勢(shì)引導(dǎo)，強(qiáng)化學(xué)生就業(yè)信心，幫助學(xué)生樹立正確的基層從業(yè)觀，緩解就業(yè)壓力，進(jìn)而推進(jìn)基層醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展。

[Abstract] At present， with the development of medical and health services and the reforment of modern medical health system continuously in our country. The universities of Chinese medicine in expanding every year and the number of graduates has increasing year by year， but all kinds of urban medical and health industry can provide lack of jobs. The students of Chinese medicine employment is facing enormous challenges. However， the grass-roots employment as a way of university students′ employment， has become one of the important way of traditional Chinese medicine universities graduate employment. This study focuses on strengthening the guidance of grassroots employment education for students of traditional Chinese medicine， changing the concept of traditional employment and establishing the correct concept of grassroots employment. At the same time， it not only strengthens the publicity but also education of grassroots employment to create a good employment atmosphere. We will carry out community-level employment practices to improve our overall employment capacity and strengthen the guidance of grassroots employment situation. With enhancing students' employment confidence， helping students to establish a correct concept of grassroots employment， alleviating employment pressure， and then promoting the vigorous development of grassroots medical and health services.

近年來(lái)，隨著我國(guó)高等教育體制的不斷改革，高校招生規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，大學(xué)生就業(yè)壓力越來(lái)越大[1]。基層就業(yè)，作為大學(xué)生就業(yè)的一種途徑，已然成為時(shí)下討論的熱點(diǎn)話題，在大學(xué)生就業(yè)難和基層人才緊缺雙重矛盾并存之下，引導(dǎo)和鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生積極面向基層就業(yè)，對(duì)推進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)工作具有重要意義[2]。習(xí)近平總書記在天津考察時(shí)提到“人才在基層成長(zhǎng)，人才從基層選拔，人才到基層培養(yǎng)，是黨的一貫用人方針，只有讓面向基層的就業(yè)之路越走越寬，才能有效破解當(dāng)前大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的制約瓶頸。……
