米諾環素聯合甲硝唑凝膠治療慢性牙周炎的臨床效果及不良反應發生率影響觀察

[摘要] 目的 觀察并探討米諾環素聯合甲硝唑凝膠治療慢性牙周炎的臨床效果及不良反應發生率。 方法 方便選取2018年1—8月期間的70例慢性牙周炎患者當作研究對象。根據用藥治療方案的不同，將70例慢性牙周炎患者分為2組，各35例。研究組聯合應用米諾環素、甲硝唑凝膠進行治療，對照組單一應用米諾環素進行治療。觀察并比較2組的臨床治療效果及不良反應發生率。結果 研究組的總有效率94.29%明顯高于對照組的總有效率74.29%，差異有統計學意義（χ2=7.564，P=0.003）;研究組的齦溝出血指數（1.63±0.25）分、菌斑指數（0.81±0.22）分、牙齦指數（1.25±0.32）分、 牙齒松動度（0.65±0.15）mm、牙周袋深度（1.85±0.53）mm明顯低于對照組的齦溝出血指數（2.32±0.45）分、菌斑指數（1.21±0.23）分、牙齦指數（2.05±0.26）分、牙齒松動度（1.52±0.34）mm、牙周袋深度（2.31±0.62）mm，差異有統計學意義（t=6.584、5.132、7.521、6.981、7.614，P=0.015、0.024、0.003、0.011、0.003）;研究組的不良反應發生率5.71%明顯低于對照組的不良反應發生率22.86%，差異有統計學意義（χ2=7.981，P=0.002）。 結論 米諾環素聯合甲硝唑凝膠治療慢性牙周炎，療效確切，不良反應發生率低，安全性高，值得推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To observe and investigate the clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions of minocycline combined with metronidazole gel in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods Seventy patients with chronic periodontitis between January 2018 and August 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled. According to the different treatment regimens， 70 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into 2 groups， 35 cases each. The study group was treated with minocycline and metronidazole gel， and the control group was treated with minocycline alone. The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%， which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group （74.29%）. The difference was statistically significant （χ2=7.564， P=0.003）. The sulcus bleeding index of the study group （1.63±0.25）points， the plaque index （0.81±0.22）points， the gingival index （1.25±0.32）points， the tooth looseness （0.65±0.15） mm， and the periodontal pocket depth（1.85±0.53） mm were significantly lower than the sulcus bleeding index of the control group of （2.32±0.45）points， plaque index （1.21±0.23）points， gingival index （2.05±0.26）points， tooth looseness （1.52±0.34） mm， periodontal pocket depth （2.31±0.62） mm， the difference is statistically significant（t=6.584， 5.132， 7.521， 6.981， 7.614， P=0.015， 0.024， 0.003， 0.011， 0.003）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.71% significantly lower than the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group 22.86%， The difference was statistically significant （χ2=7.981， P=0.002）. Conclusion ?Minocycline combined with metronidazole gel is effective in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. The incidence of adverse reactions is low and the safety is high. It is worthy of promotion.
