Bitty得到了一面能讓自己變美的魔鏡，可是變美后她卻后悔了，為什么呢？本期小劇場(chǎng)語(yǔ)速適中，適合角色扮演。

Bitty lived in town. She was a very good girl.

But, she was very ugly. She wanted so much to be pretty.

One day, a magician saw Bitty. Her kind heart touched him. He asked her what she wanted to have.

Bitty said, “I want to have a mirror that is going to make me pretty.”

The magician was worried.

He made the mirror, but it had oneweakness[缺點(diǎn)].

He gave the mirror to her anyway and said,

“Girl! Every time you look into the mirror, you’ll get prettier,little by little. You should look into it only once a day.

If you look into it more often than that, your face will change so much that people will not recognize[認(rèn)出]you.”

Bitty wasdelighted[高興的]to have the mirror. She looked into it once a day. She was getting prettier, little by little.

One day, she gotgreedy[貪婪的]and too proud of how good she looked. “If I can be pretty, what does it matter whether or not people can recognize me?”

So, she looked into the mirror twice a day. She was getting much prettier, but no one could recognize who she was.

She wanted toshow off[炫耀]to her friends. So, she met her friends.

“Hi, girls! It’s me, Bitty.”

選取2013級(jí)護(hù)理本科學(xué)生270名作為研究對(duì)象，學(xué)生以組為單位進(jìn)行情境的模擬，15～20人／組，并討論相關(guān)問題。

“Who are you? You’re not Bitty. Why do you act like her?”

Her friends could not recognize her.

She was sad and went home.

“Mom! I’m home.”

“Who are you?”

“Mom, it’s me, Bitty.”

“My daughter is not as pretty as you are.Get out of here.”

Bitty was lonely, because nobody recognized her.

Even her family could not recognize her.

She began to cry and thought,

“Even if I have to be ugly again, I want to go back to the old days. Then,I could live with my family, and hang around[閑逛]with my friends.”

It was too late to take back her greediness and pride.

You see, boys and girls!

There are more important things than how good you look.
