
摘要:目的:探究在急危重癥護理教學中自主合作與探究型實驗教學模式的應用。方法:選擇40名學生隨機分為了實驗組與對照組,其中對照組采取傳統實驗教學模式,實驗組采取了自主合作與探究型實驗教學模式,通過調查問卷的方式了解學生對教學模式的評價,對學生的學習成績加以對比。結果:實驗組學生滿意度高于對照組,并且理論考試與實踐操作考試成績優于對照組,組間差異明顯,具有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結果:在急危重癥護理教學中采取自護合作與探究型實驗教學模式符合教育要求,可以有效培養學生的救護理念。

[abstract] objective: to explore the application of independent cooperation and inquiry-based experimental teaching model in critical care teaching. Methods: 40 students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, among which the control group adopted the traditional experimental teaching model, and the experimental group adopted the independent cooperation and inquiry-based experimental teaching model. The students' evaluation of the teaching model was understood through questionnaires, and the students' academic performance was compared. Results: the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the scores of the theoretical test and practical operation test were better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P lt; 0.05). Results: the mode of self-care cooperation and inquiry-based experimental teaching in critical care teaching met the educational requirements, and could effectively cultivate students' rescue concept.

眾所周知,急危重癥護理學所涵蓋的內容比較多,具有實踐性與綜合性,且重癥患者在現場救護、急診科救護、重癥醫學科救護方面屬于一個整體,做好護理工作至關重要,其中在急危重癥護理教學中采取自主合作與探究型實驗教學模式,其效果明顯。
1、資料與方法
1.1一般資料
在本次研究中選擇40名學生作為研究對象,按照學號將其分為兩組,其中單號為對照組,雙號為實驗組,每組各20名學生,所有學生均接受了基本的心肺復蘇、快速建立靜脈通路、包扎、電除顫等多項操作,且兩組學生一般資料無差異,不具備統計學意義,可進行對比與分析。
