如何更好地利用課余時間？

減負之后，中學生有了更多的課余時間，是選擇暫時放下繁重的課業，去戶外享受美好青春時光，還是讀一本書、看一場電影？如何讓課余時間更有意義？聽聽孩子們怎么說。

Nowadays， we students have much more free time than ever before. But quite a number of students in our school dont know how to make good use of their spare time. Some of them play computer games， some watch TV and some chat with others.

I think these activities are meaningless. We can make better use of our spare time by doing the following：

First， we can do more sports to make us stronger and healthier. Second， joining in social activities is a good way to know the world outside our campus. Third， read more books. Books are our friends. At last， try to do some housework. Doing some housework will make you love your parents more.

In a word， dont waste your time any more.
