Objective To explore the effect of head nurse grading authorization in the management of orthopedic wards with quality nursing services.Methods From July to December 2017, the head nurse grading authorization was adopted and the nursing management of this period was set as the observation group. From January to June 2017, the routine management was adopted and the nursing management of this period was set as the control group. The nursing quality and nurses' job satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate of first-level nursing services and the satisfaction rate of inpatients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). The score of all the indicators of job satisfaction and the total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion In the management of orthopedic wards with quality nursing services, the application of head nurse grading authorization can improve the nursing quality and enhance the patients' satisfaction and nurses' job satisfaction.
優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)是圍繞加強(qiáng)患者基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理服務(wù),使患者及社會(huì)等多方面滿意,但由于床護(hù)比、患者觀念及護(hù)理人員重視程度等影響,落實(shí)基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理仍然存在困難,其中,護(hù)理人力資源管理是提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量及工作效率的重要措施。研究證實(shí)[1],護(hù)士分級(jí)管理可增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、服務(wù)及責(zé)任意識(shí),隨著護(hù)理人員知識(shí)水平的不斷提高、社會(huì)意識(shí)的轉(zhuǎn)變、護(hù)理分級(jí)管理模式的應(yīng)用,授權(quán)賦能已成為護(hù)理管理的重要職能之一。授權(quán)賦能[2]的意思為上級(jí)主管授權(quán)給企業(yè)員工更多額外的權(quán)利,使其產(chǎn)生一種由員工感知的工作意義、能力、自主權(quán)和影響力組成的心理狀態(tài)。目前已在現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院管理中推廣和應(yīng)用。鑒于此,本研究采用了護(hù)士長(zhǎng)分級(jí)授權(quán)賦能,即將護(hù)士分為四個(gè)層級(jí)的基礎(chǔ)上,由護(hù)士長(zhǎng)對(duì)各級(jí)護(hù)士分別授權(quán)賦能,并探討對(duì)骨科優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)病區(qū)管理的影響。
1.一般資料。本研究采用對(duì)照試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方案,2017年7月至12月在骨科優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)病區(qū)應(yīng)用護(hù)士長(zhǎng)分級(jí)授權(quán)賦能進(jìn)行管理并設(shè)為觀察組,將2017年1月至6月應(yīng)用常規(guī)管理設(shè)為對(duì)照組。本研究共抽取骨科住院患者400例,其中男性221例,女性179例;年齡18~78歲;文化程度:中學(xué)及以下193例,大專及以上207例;手術(shù)患者224例,住院時(shí)間3~90天。護(hù)士納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn):(1)病區(qū)工作1年以上的注冊(cè)護(hù)士;(2)了解本次研究目的且自愿參與。排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn):(1)休產(chǎn)假、病假等護(hù)士;(2)試用期護(hù)士;(3) 6個(gè)月內(nèi)以辦公班、輔助班為主的護(hù)士。……
