第六屆國際中醫(yī)心理學(xué)大會暨世中聯(lián)中醫(yī)心理學(xué)專業(yè)委員會第四屆理事?lián)Q屆大會(2019·中國北京)會議通知

2006年6月23日世界中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會聯(lián)合會中醫(yī)心理學(xué)專業(yè)委員會正式成立，過去的十二年，中醫(yī)心理學(xué)突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展，取得了豐碩的成果。2017年9月21日王國強(qiáng)部長在人民日報發(fā)表《心理健康助力全面小康》一文，指出“發(fā)揮中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化和中醫(yī)藥的作用。推動中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化與心理學(xué)理論及技術(shù)融合發(fā)展，為公眾提供符合我國國情、文化特點和價值觀的心理健康技術(shù)。充分發(fā)揮中醫(yī)藥在心理健康服務(wù)中的作用，加強(qiáng)中醫(yī)院相關(guān)科室建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)，促進(jìn)中醫(yī)心理學(xué)發(fā)展”。2018年12月4日，國家衛(wèi)生健康委、中央政法委、中宣部等10部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)《全國社會心理服務(wù)體系建設(shè)試點工作方案》，鼓勵中醫(yī)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)開設(shè)中醫(yī)心理科室，支持中醫(yī)醫(yī)師在醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)提供中醫(yī)心理健康診療、咨詢和干預(yù)等服務(wù)。為了進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)中醫(yī)心理學(xué)的發(fā)展，提高中醫(yī)心理學(xué)研究水平，經(jīng)研究決定，在以往召開的五屆國際中醫(yī)心理學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)研討會的基礎(chǔ)上，為弘揚中醫(yī)藥文化，傳播中醫(yī)心理理念，融合西方心理發(fā)展成果，促進(jìn)心理學(xué)本土化，于2019年8月9日—11日在北京隆重召開國際中醫(yī)心理學(xué)大會，以充分展示中醫(yī)心理學(xué)在經(jīng)歷了十二年發(fā)展之后的學(xué)術(shù)水平。

本屆國際中醫(yī)心理學(xué)大會繼承傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)心理學(xué)幾千年的理論精華與實踐經(jīng)驗，結(jié)合西方心理研究的最新成果，立足中國傳統(tǒng)文化，著力傳播中醫(yī)心理的理念，促進(jìn)中醫(yī)心理、西方心理的融合，加快心理學(xué)本土化，為助力全面小康做貢獻(xiàn)的國際性盛會。

會議主題：“弘揚中醫(yī)文化，倡導(dǎo)心理健康，共創(chuàng)和諧社會”。

會議宗旨：“弘揚中醫(yī)藥文化，傳播中醫(yī)心理理念，融合西方心理發(fā)展成果，促進(jìn)心理學(xué)本土化”。

會議口號：“全民心理健康”。

現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項通知如下：

一、會議主要內(nèi)容

(一)本次會議將邀請各臨床專科學(xué)者共同研討護(hù)理心理學(xué)、雙心心理學(xué)、兩性心理學(xué)、氣功心理學(xué)、腫瘤心理、系統(tǒng)發(fā)展心理學(xué)、催眠心理學(xué)、中醫(yī)心理測量學(xué)、康復(fù)心理學(xué)、針灸心理學(xué)的本土化發(fā)展前景，討論并籌備組建中醫(yī)心理臨床各學(xué)術(shù)組，其中若有條件成熟的學(xué)術(shù)分組將在會議期間直接向世界中聯(lián)提出正式建組申請。

(二)、舉辦全國首屆綜合醫(yī)院心理科建設(shè)院長論壇，邀請國內(nèi)各級醫(yī)院院長，以及腦病科、心血管、腫瘤、婦科、護(hù)理部及相關(guān)臨床科室主任，總結(jié)20多年來中國的中醫(yī)心理學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)及臨床發(fā)展的歷史過程和取得的經(jīng)驗，貫徹《精神衛(wèi)生法》的指導(dǎo)精神，探討未來中醫(yī)心理學(xué)在綜合醫(yī)院的建設(shè)及發(fā)展規(guī)劃，為現(xiàn)代“生物-心理-社會”醫(yī)學(xué)模式的發(fā)展中，繼承、發(fā)揚中醫(yī)優(yōu)勢，做出具有中華特色的貢獻(xiàn)。

(三)、邀請國內(nèi)外著名中醫(yī)心理學(xué)專家、西方心理學(xué)專家、精神科專家、睡眠醫(yī)學(xué)專家開展相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)報告。

(四)、促進(jìn)中醫(yī)心理、西方心理學(xué)、精神病學(xué)等的交叉融合，舉辦“首屆全國中醫(yī)精神心理高峰論壇”“首屆醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)心理專科建設(shè)與發(fā)展論壇”，舉辦主題工作坊，目前擬開展的工作坊如下：

1、中醫(yī)舞動導(dǎo)引工作坊；2、心學(xué)與中醫(yī)管理心理工作坊；3、薛崇成百年誕辰論壇；4、中醫(yī)心理學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)論壇；5、心身醫(yī)學(xué)論壇；6、抑郁中醫(yī)順勢療法；7、本土化失眠認(rèn)知行為治療CCBTI工作坊；8、移空技術(shù)工作坊；9、歸根療法工作坊。

(五)、大會演講將會收入《中醫(yī)心理學(xué)會和睡眠醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)會大會演講集》。

(六)、對投稿的優(yōu)秀論文選入《世界睡眠醫(yī)學(xué)雜志》睡眠專刊，并選入《中醫(yī)心理學(xué)和睡眠醫(yī)學(xué)年會論文集》。

五、征文范圍：1.中醫(yī)心理學(xué)文獻(xiàn)、基礎(chǔ)研究和臨床研究；2.中醫(yī)心理學(xué)與心血管、腫瘤等相關(guān)學(xué)科的交叉研究；3.特殊人群(老年、婦女、兒童)的心理學(xué)研究；4.中醫(yī)心理學(xué)在社區(qū)醫(yī)療中的應(yīng)用；5.相關(guān)技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的展示和推廣研究。

Notice of the 6thInternational Academic Conference on Sleep Medicine
& Reelection of the Third Board of Directors of Sleep Medicine
Specialty Committee，WFCMS

“The 6thInternational Academic Conference of Sleep Medicine-Reelection of the Third Board of Directors of the Sleep Medicine Specialty Committee, World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS)” will be held from August 9th to August 11th, 2019(from Friday to Sunday).

Sleep medicine is the same as many other subjects with the character that the chances are coexist with challenges and the hopes are accompanied with difficulties. In recent years, the sleep research has rapidly developed on the bases of progress of modern biological research techniques, sensing and computer technology. Sleep medicine is closely related to many different disciplines including neurology, cardiology, respiratory medicine, otolaryngology, psychological science, pediatrics, gynecology, rehabilitation, ache department and so on. In order to deepen traditional and modern multi-disciplinary research on sleep medicine, promote rapid and active development of sleep medicine, discuss advanced and perfect operating mode of discipline and department construction of sleep medicine, communicate innovative and actual fruit of sleep medicine research and construction, evoke the social attention to sleep disorders and sleep health, the 3rd International Congress on Sleep Medicine will be held.

The conference will provide a big academic feast for you in the exchange on Sleep Medicine at home and abroad, and a platform for all the participants to represent a variety of different academic views. Sleep researchers, sleep related delegates and clinical doctors composed of western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional and western medicine will come together in this year′s meeting. The aim of the meeting is “close to clinic and application”. It will provide you with access to the latest advances in the fields of international sleep medicine and sleep research and highlight interdisciplinary character of sleep medicine. Famous professors special in sleep medicine and related field which come from China (including Hongkong, Taiwan, Macao), America, Germany and Australia will be invited to join the meeting and have a talk. It will involve every fields of clinical and basic researches of sleep medicine, including sleep and cardiovascular disease, sleep and respiratory disease, sleep and otolaryngology disease, sleep and psychological disease, sleep and neurology disease, sleep and pediatrics, sleep medicine department construction and new achievements of sleep industry. The main purpose of this meeting is “Let the world appreciate China; let the China embrace the world!” The patterns of this year′s meeting will be composed of special topic report, grouping paper communication, special subject discussion, typical cases discussion and so on.

New generation of Third Board of Directors of Sleep Medicine Specialty Committee，WFCMS will be elected during the conference. You are welcome to recommend other expert or yourself to us as new directors of the committee. Doctors, psychological counselors as well as delegates of psychology related industries from all over China will participate in the conference. Further medical education credits will be awarded.

由中國睡眠研究會西部睡眠工作委員會主辦，青海省科協(xié)、青海省睡眠研究會協(xié)辦，青海省醫(yī)學(xué)會睡眠醫(yī)學(xué)分會、青海紅十字醫(yī)院承辦的“第六屆中國西部睡眠醫(yī)學(xué)大會暨青海省高原睡眠醫(yī)學(xué)高峰論壇”將于2019年5月31日—6月2日在青海省西寧市萬達(dá)嘉華酒店召開。

2、投稿要求：投稿參加會議交流的論文應(yīng)是未曾公開發(fā)表的論文，全文或摘要均可，500～800字摘要采用文字描述，包括目的、方法、結(jié)果和結(jié)論，中英文均可；疑難病例討論投稿可以附圖，并在電子郵件標(biāo)題注明“疑難病例討論”。所有投稿者請在投稿中注明全部作者姓名、全部作者單位、責(zé)任作者(附電子郵箱)、地址及電話、第一作者聯(lián)系方式、投稿交流形式(是否同意進(jìn)行口頭發(fā)言)。
