基于移動互聯網的互動互助養老模式研究

摘 ?要： 中國已然成為世界上老年人口最多的國家，60歲以上老年人口占總人口近20%，而其中還有很大一部分是空巢獨居老人。缺乏陪伴關愛的老年人身心健康問題必將成為社會發展的隱憂。因此，面對數量不斷攀升的老年群體，社會各界需要調動資源制定一系列養老措施來解決老年人的后顧之憂。依據當下老年人的生活狀況及生活習慣，利用越發普及的移動網絡信息技術，在智能手機上搭建可行易用的互動互助式養老平臺，為老年群體尤其是空巢老人提供適當的生活輔助手段，改善他們的心理及身體問題，帶動快樂養老的社會氛圍。讓老年人擁有幸福的晚年，后來人也有可期的未來。

Research on the Mode of Providing For the Aged of Interaction and

Mutual Assistance Based on the Mobile Internet

【Abstract】： China has apparently become the country with the largest population of the elderly in the world， where the elderly over 60 account for nearly 20 percent of the total population. Moreover， a large proportion of them live alone in empty nests. The problem of the physical and mental health of the elderly who lack companionship and care is bound to become a hidden worry of social development. Therefore， in face of the growing population of the elderly， all walks of life need to mobilize resources to formulate a series of measures to help the aged to solve the worries behind. According to their living situation and living habits， we should take advantage of the mobile network information technology which enjoys more and more popularity to build up a feasible and easy-to-use platform for the elderly with the characteristics of interaction and mutual assistance on the smartphone， so as to provide appropriate means of life assistance for the elderly， especially those who live in the empty nests. As a result， it can solve their physical and psychological problems and promote the atmosphere of Happy Old-Age Care for the elderly. Whats more， it can bless the elderly a happy old age and give successors promising future.

0 ?引言

世界發展近20年來，人口老齡化已成為當今世界的一個突出的社會問題。退休人口數量增加、人類壽命延長及少子化加速已使勞動力短缺，加重了勞動人口與整個社會的負擔。中國是世界老年人口最多的國家，從全國老齡辦召開的人口老齡化國情教育新聞發布會上獲悉，截至2017年底，我國60歲及以上老年人口有2.41億人，占總人口17.3%。據聯合國統計，中國老齡人增長率達每年3.28%，這意味著到本世紀中期，中國將有近5億人口超過60歲。從宏觀層面看，隨著中國老齡化逐漸深入，老人空巢比例也不斷增大。……
