“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”與高校校園建設(shè)

摘 要：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來(lái)，高等教育面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇，“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”校園是高校發(fā)展新階段的建設(shè)方向。“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”校園意味著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與高校教學(xué)、科研、管理、服務(wù)的深層次交融，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)校園信息化建設(shè)的改革與重塑。基于“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”校園理念，本文提出了當(dāng)前高校信息化建設(shè)的一些主要措施。

Abstract：With the advent of the internet age，higher education has been facing unprecedented new challenges and new opportunities.“Internet plus campus”is the direction for the construction of new stages in colleges and universities. The “Internet plus campus”implies the deep integration of the Internet with college teaching，research，management，and services. So as to realize the reform and reconstruction of campus information construction. Base on the idea of“Internet plus campus”，the key initiatives are put forward in the information construction of colleges.

0 引 言

“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”是當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的“熱詞”，簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō)，“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”就是以信息技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為平臺(tái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與各個(gè)傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)深層次的融合，“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”意味著開(kāi)放生態(tài)、重塑結(jié)構(gòu)、連接一切、改造創(chuàng)新。“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時(shí)代給傳統(tǒng)教育同樣也帶來(lái)了新的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇，如何利用信息技術(shù)加以應(yīng)對(duì)和解決是每一個(gè)教育工作者應(yīng)該深入思考的問(wèn)題。

以前的高校信息化建設(shè)，主要針對(duì)的是高校內(nèi)部教學(xué)、管理、服務(wù)等各個(gè)傳統(tǒng)部分的改革和優(yōu)化，網(wǎng)絡(luò)只是以工具的角色和形式加入其中。而當(dāng)整個(gè)高校的模式、形態(tài)、方向都在發(fā)生巨大變化時(shí)，問(wèn)題則漸漸呈現(xiàn)出來(lái)。我們所而臨的不再是各種校園業(yè)務(wù)的查缺補(bǔ)漏，而是如何由內(nèi)而外地審視、研究和改造傳統(tǒng)的大學(xué)校園，使其與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)有機(jī)地融為一體，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化校園，讓“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”校園成為高校校園建設(shè)的新模式。

1 “互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”校園建設(shè)的方向

“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”校園是當(dāng)代大學(xué)校園的夢(mèng)想和追求，如何實(shí)現(xiàn)夢(mèng)想、如何建設(shè)校園則必須從現(xiàn)實(shí)入手，依據(jù)高校信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀，目前筆者認(rèn)為“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”校園建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵是確定建設(shè)方向。……
