摘 要:隨著高校信息化的不斷發展,數字化校園已經成為高校信息化建設的核心,高校的數字化建設是一個復雜的過程,質量問題涉及高校的多個部門,出現質量問題后能及時有效地反饋是數字化校園建設順利進行的重要保障,對高校的IT質量管理也提出了新的要求。本文結合高校數字化校園建設現階段的具體情況,分析了目前高校IT質量管理中存在的問題,引入了質量管理理念,完善了高校與供方、供方與各部門、各部門之間的質量反饋溝通機制,建立了一套適合于高校的質量反饋管理流程,并依據此流程按分步實施的原則建立了IT質量反饋管理體系。該體系實施后規范了IT服務的流程管理并使得IT服務人員的工作量得以量化,提高了IT服務管理的水平和效率,為IT用戶提供了更專業的服務。

Abstract:With the development of information technology in colleges and universities,digital campus is the core of the information construction of colleges and universities. Construction of digital campus is a complicated process. Quality problem involves multiple departments,and a timely and effective feedback of quality problem is an important guarantee of digital campus construction,which also puts forward a new demand for quality management in colleges and universities. This paper combines the specific situation of digital campus construction at this stage,and analyzes the problems existing in the IT quality management,introduces the quality management concept,perfects quality feedback communication mechanism between the university and the supplier,supplier and all departments,as well as different departments,and sets up a quality feedback management process suitable for colleges and universities. Besides,a quality feedback management system is established by the principle of step-by-step implementation. After the implementation of the system,IT service management processes are standardized,IT services staff workload is quantified,IT service management level and efficiency are improved,and more professional service is provided to IT users.

高校的數字化校園建設是一項極為復雜的工程,不但涉及管理、技術、教研等方面,更涉及供方與學校之間、供方與學校各部門之間,學校各部門之間的溝通協作。數字化校園[1]建設是一個不斷探索和完善的過程,建設過程中各個階段出現IT質量問題是難免的,然而怎樣讓出現的IT質量問題能及時反饋到相關部門和相關責任人,使IT質量問題能及時得到解決,則是數字化校園建設順利進行的重要保障。
針對上述問題,結合本校的IT質量問題的實際情況,建立了一套適合于本校的IT質量反饋管理流程,并依據此流程按分步實施的原則建立了本校IT質量反饋管理體系?!?br>
