病案信息與統(tǒng)計(jì)一體化管理的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑分析

摘 要：作為醫(yī)院重要資源一部分的病案信息，在臨床科研、醫(yī)學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、臨床教學(xué)以及醫(yī)療中發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用，同時(shí)也為醫(yī)療糾紛的處理提供了法律依據(jù)。隨著現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程腳步的不斷加快，數(shù)字化醫(yī)院建設(shè)迫在眉睫，建設(shè)數(shù)字化病案信息的統(tǒng)計(jì)、收集、保存、處理以及一體化管理，受到醫(yī)院決策者的高度重視。本文以病案統(tǒng)計(jì)管理現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，探討了病案信息統(tǒng)計(jì)管理一體化的可行性與重要性，并對其實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)闡述。

Abstract：Medical record information as an important part of the hospital resources，plays a vital role in clinical scientific research，medical statistics，clinical teaching and medical treatment. It also provides legal basis for the treatment of medical disputes. With the rapid pace of modernization，the construction of digital hospital is imminent. How to build the digital medical records statistics，collection，preservation，processing and integrated management is highly valued by the policy-makers of the hospital. Based on the status of medical record statistics management，this paper discusses the feasibility and importance of the integration of medical records information and statistics management，and focuses on the ways to realize it.

0 引 言

病案信息是醫(yī)院最重要的信息庫，同時(shí)也是醫(yī)院統(tǒng)計(jì)管理至關(guān)重要的一部分。通過病案信息不僅可以很好地反映醫(yī)院管理的實(shí)際情況，而且還可以反映醫(yī)護(hù)工作者的工作能力、業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，為醫(yī)院管理、醫(yī)療水平的評價(jià)提供重要參考。但因?yàn)闅v史原因，我國大部分醫(yī)院在統(tǒng)計(jì)建設(shè)以及病案信息管理建設(shè)方面都是獨(dú)立分開的，這種情況導(dǎo)致的重復(fù)勞動(dòng)與醫(yī)院信息工作發(fā)展規(guī)律相悖，同時(shí)也無法滿足現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院對數(shù)字化、信息化的要求?；诖?，積極探索并構(gòu)建病案統(tǒng)計(jì)管理一體化的管理模式才能順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流，滿足現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院的發(fā)展需要。

1 病案信息與統(tǒng)計(jì)管理現(xiàn)狀

隨著現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療事業(yè)的深入改革以及電子病歷系統(tǒng)的普及應(yīng)用，病案信息逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)無紙化，但醫(yī)院對于終末病案的保存依然過于傳統(tǒng)，加之近兩年來病案信息量逐步遞增，使得病案原件大量積存，傳統(tǒng)病案保存方法存在著諸多的缺陷?！?br>
