通信工程的安全管理研究

摘 要：隨著我國經濟的發展，科學技術的進步，近年來，我國通信技術已經發展的較為成熟，通信工程部行業也已經成為了我國經濟發展的重要組成部分。由于通信工程應用范圍廣泛，牽涉到的領域多，通信工程的安全管理則顯得尤為重要。我國應該大力加強通信工程安全管理工作，提高工程建設的質量，保障通信用戶安全的儲存通信資源。

Abstract：With the development of China’s economy and the progress of science and technology，in recent years，China’s communication technology has developed more mature，communication engineering industry has also become an important part of the economic development of our country. Because communication engineering is widely applied and involves many fields，the safety management of communication engineering is particularly important. China should vigorously strengthen the safety management of communication engineering， improve the quality of engineering construction，and ensure the safe storage of communication resources for communication users.

0 引 言

近幾年，盡管我國通信工程安全管理工作得到了逐步的加強，但是仍然存在一些問題，這些問題已經嚴重影響我國通信工程的發展進程。在此基礎上，本文主要通過闡述通信工程安全管理的重要性以及目前我國通信工程安全管理的內容，并針對這些具體的內容提出了相關的建議，以及我國通過加強通信工程的管理，使得通信用戶安全的使用通信資源。

1 通信工程安全管理的重要性

通信工程的安全管理工作在通信工程建設中尤為重要，科學合理的通信工程安全管理能給通信工程建設安全提供重要保障，能很大程度上避免通信工程建設中施工人員的傷亡。通信工程安全管理的重要性具體體現在以下幾個方面：

1.1 促進安全生產保證機制的形成

有效的通信工程安全管理，能夠提高工程建設中的工作人員的安全意識，督促工作人員安全施工，始終將安全生產放在第一位，只有這樣才能保證后續工作的完成，進而促進安全生產保證機制的形成。……
