RFID技術用于倉儲物流系統(tǒng)的可行性分析

摘 要：在傳統(tǒng)的倉儲物流管理過程中，紙張是對倉儲貨物的進出進行記錄與跟蹤的基礎，這種管理方式的效率較低。隨著科學技術的快速發(fā)展，人們將RFID技術應用到了倉儲物流管理工作中，RFID技術是一種非接觸性的無線射頻識別技術，通過掃描貨物的電子標簽，可以自動識別出貨物的所有相關信息，整個過程不需要人工操作，采用這種方式進行管理，能夠有效地提高倉儲物流的管理效率。本文將對RFID技術用于倉儲物流系統(tǒng)的可行性進行分析。

Abstract：In the traditional storage and logistics management process，paper is the basis for recording and tracking the import and export of warehousing goods，and the efficiency of this management method is low. With the rapid development of science and technology，people apply RFID technology to warehousing logistics management. RFID technology is a non-contact radio frequency identification technology. By scanning electronic labels of goods，it can automatically identify the related information used in the goods. The whole process does not need manual operation and is used in the whole process. This way of management can effectively improve the efficiency of warehousing and logistics management. This article will analyze the feasibility of RFID technology in warehousing and logistics system.

0 引 言

在經濟活動中，倉儲物流是商品交易的重要組成部分，與其他生產活動一樣，倉儲能夠通過改變貨物的供應時間來實現物流的時間價值，并且通過分揀、包裝等操作實現物流的效用價值。隨著科學技術的快速發(fā)展，人們將更加先進的技術應用在倉儲物流活動中，倉儲物流管理水平也正在不斷提高，逐漸實現信息化、自動化的倉儲物流管理。因此，我們必須不斷將更多的先進技術應用在倉儲物流管理中，促進倉儲物流管理效率的提升。

1 RFID技術概述

1.1 RFID技術的特點

RFID（Radio Frequency Identification）技術，也叫做無線射頻識別技術。應用這種技術，可以利用無線電信號，在電子標簽與閱讀器間傳送電子信息，用于識別目標，并讀取其中存儲的數據，在這個過程中，識別系統(tǒng)與被識別的目標間不需要產生機械接觸或光學接觸。作為一種新型的非接觸式識別技術，RFID技術的優(yōu)勢在于其具有較長的使用壽命與較高的安全性，并且讀取信息的速度快，存儲信息量大，具有較強的穿透性，能夠實現高速移動讀取。……
