慢性鼻竇炎鼻內鏡手術護理的臨床護理路徑及效果探討

[摘要] 目的 觀察慢性鼻竇炎鼻內鏡手術護理的臨床護理路徑及效果。 方法 選取2015年11月～2017年11月慢性鼻竇炎患者99例作為研究樣本，以術后護理措施的不同隨機分為觀察組（n=48）和對照組（n=51），兩組患者均進行鼻內鏡手術治療，術后對照組予以常規(guī)護理，觀察組予以臨床護理路徑干預。觀察兩組患者各項臨床指標情況、心理改善情況以及護理滿意度。 結果 觀察組手術時間（62.02±8.71）min、術中出血量（56.97±6.62）mL、住院時間（8.67±1.28）d以及健康知識掌握情況（9.88±0.33）分，對照組分別為：（88.96±6.78）min、（93.64±7.88）mL、（13.65±2.94）d、（6.39±0.57）分；觀察組護理后SAS評分、SDS評分分別為（30.75±8.81）分、（28.34±8.96）分，對照組分別為（38.64±9.59）分、（33.65±9.27）分；觀察組護理滿意度為95.83%，高于對照組為82.35%，兩組比較，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 慢性鼻竇炎鼻內鏡手術護理的臨床護理路徑及效果顯著，值得借鑒。

Clinical nursing pathway and effect of nasal endoscopic surgery on chronic sinusitis

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical nursing pathway and effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis. Methods The study was performed from November 2015 to November 2017. 99 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected as study samples. Participants were randomly divided into observation group（n=48） and control group（n=51） according to postoperative nursing methods. Both groups were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery. The control group received routine nursing after operation， and the observation group received clinical nursing intervention. Then we compared the clinical indicators， psychological improvement and nursing satisfaction of two groups. Results In the observation group，The duration of operation was（62.02±8.71）min， intraoperative blood loss was（56.97±6.62）mL， duration of hospitalization was（8.67±1.28）d and health knowledge score was （9.88±0.33）； the indicators above in the control group were （88.96±6.78）min， （93.64 ± 7.88）mL， （13.65±2.94）d and （6.39±0.57）， respectively. The scores of SAS and SDS were （30.75±8.81） and （28.34±8.96） in the observation group， and （38.64±9.59） and （33.65±9.27） respectively in the control group. The nursing satisfaction was 95.83%in the observation group， which was higher than 82.35% in the control group. The differences between the two groups were significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway and effect of chronic sinusitis endoscopic surgery nursing is remarkable and worth learning from.
