“重慶兩江之星”商用亞軌道火箭成功發(fā)射

9月7日12時10分03秒，由零壹空間自主研發(fā)的第二枚商用亞軌道火箭—OS-X1火箭暨“重慶兩江之星”在酒泉衛(wèi)星發(fā)射中心成功點(diǎn)火升空。此次發(fā)射任務(wù)，為商業(yè)客戶提供了定制化飛行試驗(yàn)，達(dá)到預(yù)定試驗(yàn)要求，可靠獲取全部重要試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，發(fā)射任務(wù)圓滿成功。這是民營火箭公司零壹空間在國家發(fā)射場的“首秀”，亦是中國商業(yè)航天的又一嶄新起點(diǎn)。

重慶果園港獲批B型保稅物流中心

9月20日，兩江新區(qū)消息，8月27日，海關(guān)總署、財(cái)政部、國家稅務(wù)總局和國家外匯管理局正式批復(fù)重慶兩江新區(qū)臨港口岸保稅物流有限公司，準(zhǔn)予設(shè)立重慶果園保稅物流中心。這是重慶繼團(tuán)結(jié)村鐵路保稅物流中心、南彭公路保稅物流中心、萬州保稅物流中心之后的第四個保稅物流中心。重慶果園保稅物流中心屬于B型保稅物流中心，位于兩江新區(qū)魚復(fù)園區(qū)、果園港西側(cè)，批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)面積0.2平方公里。將依托國內(nèi)內(nèi)河最大的水、鐵、公聯(lián)運(yùn)港，主要開展進(jìn)口保稅倉儲、保稅物流業(yè)務(wù)，打造符合現(xiàn)代保稅物流發(fā)展的“內(nèi)陸物流港”。

重慶江北國際機(jī)場榮獲服務(wù)質(zhì)量三項(xiàng)大獎

9月20日，重慶機(jī)場集團(tuán)消息，在加拿大哈利法克斯召開的國際機(jī)場協(xié)會(ACI)全球卓越客戶峰會上，重慶江北國際機(jī)場一舉斬獲服務(wù)質(zhì)量三項(xiàng)大獎：2017年度旅客吞吐量2500萬～4000萬層級亞太地區(qū)最佳機(jī)場、全球旅客吞吐量2500萬～4000萬層級最佳機(jī)場第一名、總干事機(jī)場卓越服務(wù)質(zhì)量獎。其中，總干事機(jī)場卓越服務(wù)質(zhì)量獎是國際機(jī)場協(xié)會的重要獎項(xiàng)之一。國際機(jī)場協(xié)會表示，江北國際機(jī)場摘得此項(xiàng)榮譽(yù)，主要得益于近5年來在ASQ測評同層級排名中取得了前5名的優(yōu)異成績。

重慶與新加坡共建新加坡國立大學(xué)（重慶）研究院

9月20日，重慶兩江新區(qū)與新加坡國立大學(xué)正式簽署共建新加坡國立大學(xué)（重慶）研究院的戰(zhàn)略框架協(xié)議，將開展高端研發(fā)平臺、高新產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化基地和教育培訓(xùn)中心建設(shè)。該研究院將結(jié)合新加坡國立大學(xué)的科研專長，以及重慶在科技創(chuàng)新方面的需求，圍繞現(xiàn)代物流、金融和金融風(fēng)險管理、信息工程和技術(shù)、先進(jìn)制造和材料等重點(diǎn)科研發(fā)展領(lǐng)域提供智力支持，促進(jìn)兩江新區(qū)十大戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。另外，新加坡國立大學(xué)（重慶）研究院還將設(shè)立高新產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化基地，引進(jìn)新加坡及世界發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的高新初創(chuàng)企業(yè)，為其提供發(fā)展平臺。

重慶秋季旅游暨璧山城市露營文化節(jié)活動拉開序幕

南向通道青海班列首發(fā) 3天抵達(dá)重慶進(jìn)行貨物集結(jié)

9月18日，中新南向通道（重慶）物流發(fā)展有限公司消息，當(dāng)天，南向通道青海班列正式發(fā)出，預(yù)計(jì)3天后抵達(dá)重慶進(jìn)行貨物集結(jié)，然后從重慶出發(fā)約20天后抵達(dá)印度蒙德拉港。本次南向通道青海班列的貨源組織方為青海鹽湖工業(yè)股份有限公司，貨物為PVC（聚氯乙烯樹脂）。此前，該企業(yè)若進(jìn)行國際貿(mào)易，需要在港口將貨物換至海運(yùn)集裝箱中。而本次，通過南向通道公司從重慶直接調(diào)運(yùn)海船集裝箱進(jìn)入青海格爾木，減少了換箱、換裝的環(huán)節(jié)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了原箱“門對門”運(yùn)輸。

重慶上半年出境游排名全國城市第五

9月10日，中國旅游研究院、攜程旅游大數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室聯(lián)合發(fā)布《2018年上半年出境旅游大數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告》，在“2018年上半年前20大出境旅游出發(fā)城市”榜單中，上海、北京、廣州、成都、重慶、深圳、南京、武漢、西安、杭州排名前十。與去年同期相比，重慶從去年第十名上升到第五名。報(bào)告顯示，上半年我國出境游客到達(dá)了全球130多個國家、1500多個目的地城市。其中，最受中國游客歡迎的10大目的地國家分別為：泰國、日本、越南、韓國、新加坡、印度尼西亞、馬來西亞、俄羅斯、美國、柬埔寨。

中新（重慶）示范項(xiàng)目跨境融資突破50億美元

9月7日，中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項(xiàng)目管理局消息，中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項(xiàng)目啟動兩年多，已累計(jì)完成境外發(fā)債、商業(yè)貸款、融資租賃等各類跨境融資項(xiàng)目60個，總金額50.6億美元，融資成本比國內(nèi)市場低1個百分點(diǎn)，有效降低了西部地區(qū)的融資成本。與此同時，中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項(xiàng)目的輻射力在金融領(lǐng)域正逐漸增強(qiáng)，目前四川、陜西、青海等西部省份的企業(yè)通過中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項(xiàng)目已累計(jì)完成境外發(fā)債超過20億美元。

重慶與香港貿(mào)發(fā)局簽署戰(zhàn)略合作框架協(xié)議

9月5日，市商務(wù)委消息，重慶市商務(wù)委與香港貿(mào)發(fā)局簽署戰(zhàn)略合作框架協(xié)議，內(nèi)容涵蓋飛機(jī)租賃、高端制造業(yè)、金融、物流等多個重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域，同時，雙方將加強(qiáng)在推進(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè)等方面交流與協(xié)作。協(xié)議還包括一系列具體合作項(xiàng)目，如達(dá)索獵鷹8X飛機(jī)租賃項(xiàng)目，香港嘉陵工程公司船舶空調(diào)、電機(jī)及整船制造項(xiàng)目，和記物流與重慶南向通道公司共建“南向通道”項(xiàng)目和中精精算師事務(wù)所擴(kuò)大在渝核心業(yè)務(wù)項(xiàng)目等。

重慶10月開通首條加拿大航線 北美航線將加密

9月5日，海南航空發(fā)布消息，計(jì)劃于10月16日、17日分別開通重慶經(jīng)北京至芝加哥航線、重慶經(jīng)北京至多倫多航線。其中，重慶經(jīng)北京至多倫多航線為重慶首條飛往加拿大的航線。兩條洲際航線開通后，海南航空重慶至北美洲航線將增加至4條。截至目前，重慶機(jī)場國際及地區(qū)59條客運(yùn)航線中，洲際航線達(dá)到了15條，航點(diǎn)覆蓋了倫敦、羅馬、紐約、墨爾本、赫爾辛基、莫斯科、舊金山、洛杉磯、悉尼、奧克蘭等。

渝企在埃塞俄比亞建醫(yī)藥工廠

9月3日，由重慶三圣實(shí)業(yè)股份有限公司（簡稱“三圣股份”）在埃塞俄比亞投資的埃塞三圣藥業(yè)有限公司一期項(xiàng)目已竣工投產(chǎn)。目前，埃塞俄比亞本土醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)能只能滿足市場總需求的15%，剩余的需求只能依賴進(jìn)口藥物，三圣股份此舉將彌補(bǔ)該國醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的缺項(xiàng)。埃塞三圣藥業(yè)有限公司位于亞的斯亞貝巴東方產(chǎn)業(yè)園的藥廠整體按照歐盟GMP規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)，配套中國一流的制藥裝備，2016年10月開建，總投資金額約8500萬美元，主要布局有固體制劑、小水針和大輸液三類產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)線。一期總產(chǎn)能為固體制劑50億片/年，小水針3億支，大輸液1000萬袋/年，能極大緩解埃塞俄比亞及周邊國家藥品緊缺的現(xiàn)狀。

"Chongqing Liangjiang Star" commercial sub-orbital rocket launched successfully

At 12∶10∶03 on September 7, the second commercial sub-orbital rocket independently developed by OneSpace Technology, named OS-X1 rocket or "Chongqing Liangjiang Star", successfully lifted off at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. The launch mission provided customized flight tests for commercial customers, and met the requirements of scheduled tests, from which all the important test data is able to obtained. The launch mission was a complete success, which marked the “debut” of OneSpace Technology, a private rocket company, in the national launch site, and it is also another new starting point for China's commercial aerospace industry.

Chongqing Orchard Port approved to be B-type bonded logistics center

On September 20, according to Liangjiang New District that on August 27, the General Administration of Customs,the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange officially approved the establishment of Chongqing Orchard Bonded Logistics Center, which proposed by Chongqing Binjiang New Area Port Port Bonded Logistics Co., Ltd.This is the fourth bonded logistics center in Chongqing following the Tuanjie Village Railway Bonded Logistics Center, Nanpeng Highway Bonded Logistics Center and Wanzhou Bonded Logistics Center. Chongqing Orchard Bonded Logistics Center is a B-type bonded logistics center. To the west of the Orchard Port, it is located in the Yufu District of the Liangjiang New District with an approved construction area of 0.2 square kilometers. It will rely on the largest combined transport ports converging waterway, railway and highway in China's inland rivers as a lever to operate import bonded warehousing and bonded logistics business, building an“inland logistics port” that is in line with the development of modern bonded logistics.

Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport won three awards

On September 20th, Chongqing Airport Group reported that Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport won three awards for service quality at the International Airport Association (ACI) Global Customer Excellence Summit held in Halifax, Canada. The awards are “the best airport of the year concerning passenger throughput of 25 million ～40 million tiers in Asia-Pacific region in 2017 ”, the world's best airport of the year concerning passenger throughput of 25 million～40 million tiers in 2017”, and “the Director-General's Airport Excellence Service Quality Award” Among them,“the Director-General's Airport Excellence Service Quality Award” is one of the important awards of the International Airport Association. According to International Airport Association, the award acquired is mainly attributed to Jiangbei International Airport’s ranking of the top five place in the ASQ evaluation in the same level in the past five years.

Chongqing and Singapore Jointly Build the National University of Singapore (Chongqing) Research Institute

On September 20th, Chongqing Liangjiang New Area and the National University of Singapore officially signed a strategic framework agreement for the establishment of the National University of Singapore (Chongqing)Research Institute, which will build a high-end research and development platform, a high-tech industry incubation base and an education and training center. Train from Qinghai through the Southbound Channel arrived at Chongqing for cargo assembly in three days for the fi rst time

On September 18th, the China-Singapore Southbound Channel (Chongqing) Logistics Development Co., Ltd.announced that the train from Qinghai through Southbound Channel was officially started. Three days later, it arrived in Chongqing for cargo assembly. Then, it arrived in Mundra port in India about 20 days after departure from Chongqing.Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Group Company Limited is the source organizer of this train, carrying PVC(polyvinyl chloride resin) products. The company need to load the products into shipping containers before when dealt international trade. Now through the Southbound Channel the company could directly transported shipping containers from Chongqing to Golmud,Qinghai without swaping and changing containers, transporting the original containers directly in a “door-to-door” way.

Chongqing’s outbound travel in the fi rst half of the year ranked fi fth in the country

On September 10th, according to the “Outline Tourism Big Data Report for the First Half of 2018” jointly released by China Tourism Research Institute and Ctrip Travel Big Data Joint Lab, on the list of “Top 20 Outbound Tourism Departure Cities in the First Half of 2018”, Shanghai Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Shenzhen,Nanjing, Wuhan, Xi'an and Hangzhou ranked in the top ten. Compared with the same period of last year,Chongqing has risen from the tenth place last year to the fifth place. The report shows that in the first half of the year,China's outbound tourists have reached more than 1,500 destination cities in more than 130 countries around the world. Cross-border financing amount of China-Singapore(Chongqing) Demonstration Project exceeded US$5 billion

The financing cost is 1% lower than that of the domestic market, effectively reducing the financing costs in the western region. Alongside that, the clout of the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity is gradually increasing in the financial sector. At present, enterprises in the western provinces such as Sichuan, Shaanxi and Qinghai have issued overseas debt totaled 2 billion dollars through China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity.

Chongqing and Hong Kong Trade Development Council signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement

On September 5, according to Chongqing Municipal Commerce Commission reported, Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement covering a number of key areas such as aircraft leasing, high-end manufacturing, finance, and logistics. Chongqing opened its fi rst Canadian route in October and more North-American routes will be added

On September 5, Hainan Airlines announced that it plans to open the Chongqing-Beijing-Chicago route and Chongqing-Beijing-Toronto route on October 16 and 17 respectively. Among them, the Chongqing-Beijing-Toronto route is the first flight from Chongqing to Canada. After the opening of the two intercontinental routes, the number of routes from Chongqing to North America of Hainan Airlines will increase to four. Up to now, among the 59 overseas and regional passenger routes of Chongqing Airport, there are 15 intercontinental routes covering London, Rome, New York, Melbourne, Helsinki, Moscow, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sydney, and Auckland.

Chongqing’s Enterprises building pharmaceutical factory in Ethiopia

On September 3, the first phase of the project of Ethiopian Sansheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. invested by Chongqing Sansheng Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as“Sansheng Shares”) in Ethiopia has been completed and put into production. At present, the capacity of Ethiopia's local pharmaceutical industry meet only 15%of the total market demand with the remaining demand relying on import. Sansheng shares will fill the gap. Located in the Oriental Industrial Park of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the pharmaceutical company is designed in accordance with EU GMP regulations and is equipped with China's firstclass pharmaceutical equipment. Its construction was started in October 2016 with a total investment of about US$85 million. The main layout includes three production lines∶ solid preparation, small water needle and large infusion. The total production capacity of the first phase is 5 billion pieces per year for solid preparations, 300 million for small water needles and 10 million bags per year for large infusions, which can greatly alleviate the current shortage of medicines in Ethiopia and neighboring countries.
