摘要:水稻(Oryza sativa L.)秈型光溫敏核不育系FK1S是以豐39S為母本,以含抗稻瘟病基因pi2的VE6219為父本進行雜交的,經過合肥市和海南省三亞市連續6年12代南北穿梭加代種植,通過分子標記、定向低溫加壓和抗病性鑒定選擇,于2016年通過安徽省農作物品種審定委員會鑒定。FK1S不育系育性穩定、起點溫度較低、稻米品質優、配合力強、株型緊湊、抗病性較好、抗倒伏、繁殖制種產量高。

Breeding and Application of PTGMS Line FK1S in Rice

Abstract: Derived from the cross of feng 39S(as the female) and VE6219S(as the male),FK1S was bred through shuttle breeding in both Hefei and Sanya for 12 generations over six years. It was selected through molecular marker and under the conditions of low temperature stress. FK1S was certified by Anhui Provincial Crop Variety Release Committee in 2016. FK1S showed stable male sterility with low critical temperature on fertility alteration,relatively good grain quality,panicles with many spikelets,good blast resistance,high combining ability and favorable outcrossing habits,lodging resistance and high seed yield in multiplication.

隨著雜交水稻(Oryza sativa L.)兩系品種種植面積的不斷擴大,人們生活水平的提高,大家對大米的品質要求越來越高;近年氣候變化異常,后期水稻稻瘟病發生頻繁,嚴重影響產量,有些地方甚至造成絕收,給農民生活造成了很大的影響[1-5]。隨著分子標記技術的不斷成熟,越來越多的育種家將這項技術運用到育種上來。通過分子標記輔助育種技術可以大大縮短育種年限,因此本課題利用分子標記技術將含有抗稻瘟病基因pi2導入米質優的自育不育系豐39S材料里,以期通過分子技術與常規育種相結合的方法保持豐39S不育系米質和配合力,將抗稻瘟病基因pi2導入該不育系中,來提高其稻瘟病抗性水平[6-11]。
1 選育過程
FK1S是以自育優質不育系豐39S為母本與含有抗稻瘟病基因pi2的VE6219雜交,通過系譜選育,經海南省三亞市和合肥市蘇小鄉兩地穿梭,每代選擇株葉形態好、結實率低、植株較矮、柱頭外露率高且均含有pi2基因的材料進行下一代利用,在高世代通過23.5和23.0 ℃低溫篩選,通過6年12代系譜選育而成的秈型兩系光溫敏核不育系。……
