摘要:為促進蠶桑產業的發展,促進桑葉產品的開發,以安康地區具有代表性的24個桑樹栽培品種的桑葉為原材料,運用反相高效液相色潽法測定各品種春季桑葉中1-脫氧野尻霉素(DNJ)的含量。結果表明,安康地區桑樹品種中桑葉DNJ含量具有顯著差異,其中旬陽青皮荊桑中的含量最高為0.381 5%,顯著高于其他品種;大坪2號變異、恒2號、安選1號、流水青桑、當地胡桑、沈2號、大坪桐桑、箔籃桑、前進桑含量較高;而光明桑、荊桑12號等品種含量較低。旬陽青皮荊桑DNJ含量最高,可以作為DNJ提取的桑樹品種。

Abstract: The contents of 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) in spring leaves from 24 representative cultivars of mulberry in Ankang city were determinated using reversed-phase high performance liquid for promoting the development of sericulture industry and the development of mulberry products. The results indicate that the contents of DNJ in different mulberry cultivars have significant differences. The content of DNJ in leaves of Xunyangqingjing is 0.3815%,it is significantly higher than the other varieties. The contents of DNJ in leaves of Daping No. 2 variation,Heng No. 2,Anxuan No. 1, Liushuiqingsang, Local husang,Shen No. 2,Dapingtongsang,Bolansang, Qianjinsang are relatively high; the contents of DNJ in leaves of Guangmingsang,Jingsang are relatively low. The variety of Xunyangqingjing could be as material for exaction DNJ because of the highest content of DNJ.

1-脫氧野尻霉素(DNJ)是一種極性化合物,研究證實它對α-葡萄糖苷酶具有抑制作用[1-3],對血糖、甘油三酯、膽固醇等多項生理代謝指標具有良好的調節作用[4-8],可以緩解肝臟的傷害[9,10],降低胰島素抵抗[11],保護血管[12,13],治療肥胖癥[14,15],抗病毒[16-18],抑制腫瘤[19-22],在醫療保健方面有著重大的應用價值。
DNJ在自然界分布廣泛,部分植物、微生物和昆蟲體內都存在DNJ,而桑樹是已知植物中DNJ含量最高的品種。研究表明,不同桑樹品種間DNJ含量具有顯著差異[23],確定高含量DNJ桑樹品種,對于DNJ的應用具有重大的現實意義。陜西省安康市座落在秦嶺和巴山之間,海拔跨度大,物種豐富,蠶桑產業在該地具有悠久的歷史,桑樹品種豐富[24-26],桑樹品種選育具有良好的物質和歷史基礎。本研究運用反相高效液相色潽法對安康市24個典型桑樹品種的桑葉進行DNJ含量測定,確定適合DNJ生產的桑樹品種,對于蠶桑產業的發展具有重要意義,為DNJ高含量桑樹品種的選育奠定了基礎?!?br>
