【摘 要】隨著LTE全面商用的深入,部分區域網絡覆蓋質量問題隨之凸顯。提出一種基于遺傳算法的LTE系統網絡覆蓋優化方法,該方法來源于遺傳算法,并根據LTE系統實際天線情況對遺傳算法進行改進。首先根據現網掃頻數據和天線參數計算網絡覆蓋質量,其次調整天線參數,再次估計調整后的網絡覆蓋質量,之后比較覆蓋質量,如此循環迭代直至產生多個更優方案,最后從更優方案中篩選出最佳優化方案。該方法可依據現網情況靈活設置優化模式以及參數調整優先級,從而快速、準確地得到不同種模式下基站天線參數優化方案,并且在算法實現過程中對其進一步優化,大大提高了尋優效率。

Network Coverage Optimization Method Based on
Genetic Algorithm for LTE System

[Abstract] With the development of commercial LTE system, the part of network coverage quality is highlighted. A network coverage optimization method for LTE system based on genetic algorithm was proposed in the paper. The genetic algorithm was improved in the proposed method according to the actual antennas of LTE system. Firstly, the network coverage quality was estimated according to the sweep data in current network and antenna parameters. Secondly, the antenna parameters were adjusted, the adjusted network coverage quality was re-estimated, and the two estimated quality were compared. Then, the best optimization scheme from all the variation schemes was selected; the above steps were repeated until an optimization was generated. According to the proposed method, can the optimization mode and the parameter adjustment priority were flexibly set according to the current situation, the optimization scheme of the base station antenna parameters in different modes were obtained quickly and accurately, and the algorithm was further optimized in the process of algorithm implementation so as to greatly improve the optimization efficiency.

1 引言
自從LTE被3GPP組織制定為全球通用標準以來,LTE網絡得到了快速的發展。截止到目前,LTE網絡已經覆蓋了國內外廣大區域,成為移動通信網領域中至關重要的一部分。但是,隨著LTE全面商用的深入,基站天線增多、基站周圍環境變化以及前期規劃布局不合理等原因,導致實際網絡中存在覆蓋質量較差的區域。對于這些網絡覆蓋質量較差的區域,傳統上主要依據工程師的經驗來調整基站天線參數來對其進行改善,但此種方案效率低、準確度差,難以滿足現網基站天線優化的要求。因此,需要一種能夠提供準確高效的尋找到天線參數優化的方案,實現最優網絡結構的LTE天線參數優化方法。……
