車聯網標準化及其演進策略*

【摘 要】車聯網作為5G萬物互聯的形式之一，已成為各行業關注和研究的焦點。但目前車聯網產業鏈尚不成熟，這是運營商在新型產業中從傳統的通信管道提供商向新業務提供商轉型的契機。介紹了車聯網在國內外的發展概況，總結了車聯網在3GPP標準中的關鍵技術，從業務需求和技術研究兩個方面分析了車聯網未來的演進方向。最后，給出了運營商在車聯網網絡架構建設以及業務發展方向的建議，對運營商在未來車聯網產業中的轉型具有指導意義。

Research on V2X Standardization and Evolution Strategy

[Abstract] As one of the forms of Internet of 5G Everything， V2X has become the focus of attention and research in various industries. However， the fact that the industry chain of V2X is not mature yet is a chance for operators to change the role from the communication aisle provider to the new business provider. This paper introduced the development of V2X at home and abroad， and summarized the key technologies in 3GPP V2X standards. Additionally， the evolution of V2X was analyzed from the service requirements and the corresponding technologies， respectively. Finally， the network architecture and service development of V2X for telecommunication operators in the future were discussed， which could provide references to the transformation of operators in the future V2X industry chain.

1 引言

隨著通信技術的發展，越來越多的實體被加入到通信網中，成為網絡的元素。在智能交通領域，為了提高交通效率和駕駛安全性以及提升用戶體驗，汽車、行人和交通設施都被接入到通信網中，享受通信技術發展帶來的紅利。以汽車行駛安全、效率提升和信息服務為主要應用場景的車聯網技術成為這種趨勢中的焦點。

車聯網是以車輛內部網絡、車輛之間的V2V網絡以及車載終端與基站之間的網絡為基礎，按照規定的通信協議和數據傳輸標準，在車與車、路邊設施、行人以及互聯網之間，通過無線通信進行數據交換的網絡，實現車輛智能控制、交通智能管理以及動態信息交互的綜合化一體網。車聯網的提出和發展，可以有效緩解或解決由于城市迅速發展以及汽車保有量快速增長而帶來的各種問題，大大提升交通網絡的安全水平，交通效率和環保水平，并有可能徹底改變人們未來的出行模式，這是實現智慧城市和綠色城市的有效途徑之一。……
